Everything was great starting from the reception. The apartments had everything needed, even slippers and personal hygiene liquids. The kitchen had everything - kettle, microwave, induction, dishes, even scissors - just everything, so we cooked for ourselves with no issues. Funny thing it was all Smeg brand, which means they really do care not only about comfort, but also quality. In our room it was quiet. In the evening we could heard neighbors until 11pm but afterwards there were no issues. At the reception we were suggested to have a taxi to the airport since we had early check out, which was exceptionally helpful. They ordered it and it was at the place right in time. Location is really great - close to most of the top-rated places like Fontain de Trevi. It is 40 mins walk from Coliseum, so if you take a night walk - it's not that far. There's a product shop nearby and Zara right in front of the windows if you need to buy some cloths. So all in all it is one of the best locations in Rome we could find.

We loved the location! It would be hard for me to justify not staying in such a great location in Rome in future. We were just minutes away from Trevi and the Pantheon. It meant you could wake up early and see these attractions without the crowds and still come back to your apartment for breakfast without prepping for a whole day out! We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for our group with a small child. Lift was always available to use to get up to the 5th floor. Staff were always on hand to help, and very kind.

This property was perfectly located to walk just about everywhere. We loved that it was an apartment, but had a reception desk which could hold our luggage. They were welcoming and gave us restaurant recommendations. It was very easy to check in and out. The apartment was bright and spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed. We were on the 5th floor and they had two small, but very modern elevators. Oriana is one block in from Via del Corso and close to many restaurants and shopping, yet it is not on the main street, so it really was a perfect location. We walked from Termini which took about half an hour, but the Spanish Steps Metro Station was an easy 10 minute walk also.

We were told that we could keep the luggage at the reception till 7pm. But on the day we leave the person at the recwption told we could keep it till 3pm. When i rwminded what was told before then she nwgotiated for 4pm. A staff can ruin a perfect review to an ok one

Obviously no breakfast, but that's fine. excellent location. very bright and a lot of space. very central. nice beds and nice but small bathroom.

Check in- 3pm/check out 10am= very annoying. We had a 9-year old who need to use a bathroom before check-in-no such thing exists. we were offered 60-euro ride from train station to the hotel; a taxi takes 12-15 euros! not nice not advising us about the price difference... they could have said so.

Location is perfect and the hosts were always available (and prompt) via text to help out with bookings and recommendations. The apartment was clean and the amenities worked out well. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a full blown hotel, but that's not why you want this hotel. Perfect for families, groups, and those that place value on the services that make for a great visit: location, prompt service, recommendations, and cleanliness. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hot water ran out extremely fast. For a group of four, only 1-2 people had enough hot water for quick showers.

The apartment in ideal location, close almost to everything we wanted to see … clean and easy to access. Also the employees are very friendly, responsive and helpful … they helped us a lot with recommendations also with storing our luggage’s as our flight wast at evening.

A fantastic apartment in the heart of Rome, a short distance from everything you need. This was our best booking experience since traveling with children. The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was absolutely perfect, roughly 30-40 minutes walking distance to all the main sites. There is the shopping district right outside the door, a taxi stand and bus stand also. Fantastic local restaurants around and the staff were fantastic in providing great recommendations about where to visit and where to eat. The apartment was great to rest in between the day, air-conditioned and refreshing. Highly recommend this place to stay whilst in Rome. I would stay here again on my next visit.

Excellent location and very clean and nice apartment right in the heart of Rome yet conveniently in a quote spot. The apartment is walking distance from most major attractions. The hosts were very helpful throughout the stay, and the apartment has excellent amenities.

Though it may be temporary but there is ongoing renovation in some of the neighboring apartments, which made the constant drilling noises quite annoying.
