The locality of the apartment was centrally positioned between the Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps. The apartment was very spacious for the whole family. We were travelling with my son’s family ,daughter and the grandparents. The kitchen and lounge rooms were spacious. The washing machine and dryer was an added bonus to be able to launder our clothing.

2 bedrooms the Airconditioner units didn’t work even though the service team came out to try to start the units. The shower in the bath was difficult to bath in as water was leaking from the bath surfaces and the glass screen wasn’t effective. Also found the hot water jug was leaking when used.

Amazing location. We had a group 6 adults and 4 kids and used this as our base for exploring Rome over 8 days in March. Convenient to have a nice restaurant right under the apartment and grocery store almost next door. We did most of our exploring by foot (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Roman Forum, Colisseum, Pantheon and more!). Tired feet at the end of the days but doable for us. Taxi stand nearby but didn't use it. Walked to the Spagna metro station to go to Vatican City and to get to main station for side trip to Venice. Everything we needed in the apartment. Restaurants and shops galore nearby. Great trip - would stay here again!

Bathroom doors hinges need to be repaired - had to stick something underneath doors to allow them to slide without getting stuck on floor. Funky smell at times from radiator in kitchen.

Location was AWESOME, above a wonderful restaurant, supermarket 20m from the back door, 5 mins from Trevi Fountain

After we arrived, there was an annoying 36 hours where the property agents were persistently messaging me and asking for a video call with me to 'check my identity and verify who was staying'. This seemed weird, and avoidable. Did not happen anywhere else on our travels. Had there been a security incident in the building perhaps? I offered to email our passports to verify identity of guests (is this required in Rome?) but agents absolutely insisted on a video call with me without explaining why. Also we could not get the very old lifts to work and had to carry luggage upstairs.

Location was excellent. Communication with the sonder team was brilliant. Wifi was really strong. Great products available in bathrooms. Easy access. Cafe directly downstairs is phenomenal- incredible food and good prices. Also opens at 8am which is a bonus with young children!

Lift was tiny and with 3 young children and a heap of suitcases it took us a few trips to get up and down - having said that, I loved that it was old and small (quite the Roma novelty!). Knife in kitchen was bent and blunt but otherwise everything else was great.

The location of the apartment, the size of the rooms are excellent. Bathrooms and the kitchen are very new and clean. Everything at home is working fine ( Coffe-machine,dishwasher,washing machine). Internet is fast and reliable. Toilet paper, tea bags, coffee capsules, soap etc is provided more than you may need. There is a supermarket around 10 meters away. The elevator is too small & seems old but it gives you the feeling of " I'm in Rome" ; so I really liked it.

They should install a grounded electric plug to a wall in the living area in order to charge laptops. I charged my standard laptop (rounded plug) in the bathroom.. The interior doors are made from glass ( not transparent but light passes when you turn the light on which is not good at night) and no key/lockers on toilet doors.

A very large beautiful apartment, the location is great. The amenities are excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had a washing machine that was not mentioned. nice!

We asked for early check in and were told we would likely get it, but then got a run-around on the day of checking in. We received an email on the night of check in saying we couldn’t check in until 4 - quite strange.
