The location was excellent, very central to all the Rome attractions and the Trevi Fountain was located on the same block. Great restaurants and shopping all around the neighborhood. Walking distance to the coliseum, Spanish steps and so many other attractions. Quiet and spacious room.

We loved that there was an elevator (but be mindful that you do have to climb steps before you reach the elevator), the room got really cool, and we were SO CLOSE to the Trevi Foundation. I thought the location was excellent - we even walked to colosseum (about 20 min). Was also very happy that they were able to turnover our room so quickly since we arrived in Rome so early.

If you were on the floor with the reception, you could hear it through the walls. It wasn’t horrible, but definitely noticeable.

Located right around the corner from Trevi fountain and easy walking distances to Colosseum, Spanish steps, and other popular landmarks and restaurants. They scheduled a shuttle for us from the airport to the hotel. Attendant at the desk was super friendly and helpful. We booked 2 rooms and both were clean and comfy beds and super great AC which was a plus since we came in the middle of summer. They also scheduled a shuttle to bring us to the cruise ports at the end of our stay.

All great except shower, which was in the bedroom and not at all private. I went with my teen-age son, we could not really shower.

Amazing staff, homey and family care, INCREDIBLE LOCATION! We took the family suite with a balcony for 3 people, balcony was worth it and very nice. Had amazing care from the staff and choosing this hotel made our trip 10x better and easier due to the amazing location, help from staff and easy access to everything in the hotel.

If you’re looking for a big fancy hotel that maybe isn’t the place for you, but the rooms are nice and the hotel has a sense of family and home.

Location is super. Leas than 5 mins walk to Trevi Fountain. So, if you like to visit the fountain between 4-5pm when there is no one, this would be a place for you. The room is clean and remodeled. Using an actual key for the room is interesting. But, remember you are in Rome.

a very convenient location in the heart of Rome, close to fountain. Shawn , the cleaning manager was very very clean and helpful. there is no one after 7 pm . room is in medium size. there is a big fridge and small kitchenett in the common area. the only negative thing was washroom or swage smell from washroom , maybe it's normal in old buildings. if you are sensitive to sound , choose a room away from street. we were very tired and didn't care the noise from the street.

not much negative thing. based on price, location, old building ... overall was expected accommodation, the receptionist is not always available , just know that.Except Shawn and his colleague was very helpful and available

Great location within walking distance to most attractions. The air conditioning was lovely after a long day exploring. The shower was large and the rooms were spacious. We had two rooms for our family.

The silicone in the shower needs replacing but didn’t detract from our overall experience.

Location, walk to metro, hop on hop off bus stop, Spanish steps, Trevi fountain right around corner. Great shopping. Grocery store nearby. The balcony room was nice to step out and check the elements before deciding on clothes to wear.

When the hotel lost power, the electronic door locks quit working.
