The location is perfect. Close to the Trevi fountain, but not super crowded. Lots of good places to eat and shopping. Convenient to walk to lots of sights and maybe 10 minutes from a metro stop. Comfortable. Good insulation, so you’re not bothered by noise if the windows are closed. Friendly and helpful staff.

You have to be able to carry your luggage up the stairs and the shower is impractical in the manner of most Italian hotel showers (hard to avoid flooding the bathroom). The facilities are a tiny bit dated, but really nothing to complain about.

Staff were amazing. Tiger at reception was brilliant. He booked are taxis, let us use the bathroom when we arrived as we arrived early morning so not able to check in. Left are luggage had a wonder came back and he let us check in early. Other hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, Apartment was big and the bed was very comfortable. Great location for seeing the sights, lovely balcony to people watch. Staff cleaned the room everyday. Our apartment wasn’t attached to the hotel it was a 2 min walk away, but this wasn’t an issue at all. A few down sides, air conditioning wasn’t working, shower pressure was very low and on the last day there was no hot water, Room could do with redecorating as there is black mould around the window. When we complained Tiger was extremely apologetics and he reduced are bill. Overall it’s a great little hotel, we would definitely come back but ask for a different room.

Everything was as expected! The staff were very polite and helpful!! The location is excellent!

The bathroom facilities need some improvements since at the first night we didn't have hot water. But again the staff were very friendly and helped us with everything.

The location couldn't be better. The room was big and clean. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Loved the breakfast in our room!

No lift although with a 10kg luggage it wasn't a big issue and the porter took them up for us. The hotel could do with a little up keeping little things but would make it look more up kept. Didn't like the big canister I think it's a heat pump as soon as you go for the stairs that could be covered and we had a little terrace in our room if it was a bit better kept we could have used it.

I can say that the location of the hotel is ideal. Very close to the most important places in Rome or to the bus stop where a bus arrives every few moments. On the other hand, when it comes to the hotel service itself. I must say that the service was very nice. Especially the cleaning lady does a wonderful job. It really is very clean.

However, I think there are some things that the owner should take care of regarding the more operational elements. The chair at the table should be replaced, as the upholstery is so worn that it is embarrassing. It won't be a big investment and it will change a lot. Think about replacing the curtains, as the bottom is just dirty. What's more, in the room I was in, you could think about arranging the bed differently, which would prevent dirty wallpaper. When booking, I would warn guests that they have a window view from the other room.

I booked a small single room here just for 1 night as I was passing through Rome - to be close to the Trevi fountain so I could visit it early morning before the crowds. The location of this hotel is incredible — 2 min walk from the fountain. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and accommodating. The room was super clean.

My only qualm is my single room I booked was quite tiny (9 square metres) and not much light comes in— however they’ve made good use of the small space! All the essentials I needed for my stay were there. The bathroom was still quite spacious!

The lobby was small but clean, and they held our lagguages when we arrived. The small size of the lobby for boutique hotels is very common in Rome. The room was very clean and well maintained. It is the same as presented in the picture. The room was always very clean with fresh towels every day, we were on the second floor with 2 nice big windows .Breakfast is really good, and we had a nice selection of items and served in the room as they dont have a breakfast area at the hotel. The receptionists were always very helpful and very polite. The location is top, 2 minutes away from Trevi Fountain. There are lots of restaurants and places to grab a quick sandwich or pizza. Loved the location, very central

I loved the location of this hotel. Right beside the Trevi Fountain and other well known restaurants! The single room was great for a solo traveller and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The staff, especially Tiger were so friendly and recommended places to visit and eat at. They also can keep your luggage for you before checking in and after.

The flush button for the toilet broke twice when I was there but the staff got it fixed right away each time! There are parts of the room slightly dirty i.e. the walls, headboard of the bed and leather chair but these didn't bother me too much.

Really great location, 2 minutes walk to Trevi fountain, 5 min to Spanish steps. Safe area, clean room, comfortable bed, really lovely and helpful staff was available 24 hours. Nice to have mini fridge in room. They arranged taxi to airport in the morning which was so helpful and appreciated. Was great to be able to walk to all attractions including colosseum within 20-25 minutes. Unending restaurants, bars, supermarket, and shops within two minutes. I would recommend and stay here again.

Could not change room temperature so it was a bit hotter than I like but not unbearable. Was able to shower using handheld device but the overhead rain shower did not work. These are small things, overall I was happy with the hotel and would stay here again.

Comfortable accommodation in a greatocstion. - less then 5 min walk to trevi fountain, - 10 min walk to pantheon - 15 min walk to colloseum - close to lots of restaurants - 5 min walk to metro station which is 15min metro journey to Vatican
