The staff were kind and very helpful, they keep asking for any help or needs. And they were great by giving me a recommendations about places and restaurants for great Italian foods

The breakfast were limited of options, the menu are limited

The breakfast was excellent - the staff were attentive and cared for their customers. A special thank you to Gogo who was great with our son - hot chocolate service every day. The hotel is perfectly situated within 5 minutes of the Trevi fountain and on to the Pantheon, Capitoline Hill and Colosseum. We walked everywhere, but the hotel can arrange cabs should you need them. We arrived early and were lucky to have our room available; we left late and the hotel held our bags for us.

Other hotels we have stayed in for city breaks have cooked breakfast service (in addition to the very good buffet) included in the price - this was extra here - so if you want pancakes, omelette etc, prepare to pay for it! The room we were in , triple exec bedroom, was good - but it needs some attention - the air conditioning was poor (may not be working at all), the shower controls need repairs and a couple of the power sockets need attention - nothing show stopping, but for the price you pay, this could have been sorted out of season.

When we first stepped in, the receptionist welcomed us with warm smile. She guided us through all of the services in the hotel and recommended a bunch of local places for food and gelato. She specifically let us know which one is more of the locals favorite and which one is touristic. The receptionists helped us with everything we need from booking us a taxi to pointing where to go for money exchange, etc. The room was cleaned every time we step out and come back. Towels were replaced daily. Breakfast was great with many choices and the rooftop bar has a nice view and good drinks. It's super close to the Trevi Fountain (4min walk) and other good restaurants. We love our stay so much we hope we can come back very soon!

The faucets at the sink and the bidet were a bit worn out.

Great location, great staff, excellent breakfast

The room we were in faced the intersection, and sleep was almost impossible. Manager told us that if we had complained he would have moved us. Our view is that we should not have been placed us in this room(104) in the first place . Management is aware of the noise problem

The location of the hotel was amazing, the staff were great and the beds were really comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The ambience of the hotel was dark and elegant.

The towels and bathrobes could've been cleaner. We had to change the room because some rooms had silver fish bugs that would come from the small openings between the wooden floor and walls. We noticed them in two rooms and the other two rooms my family was staying in did not have any, so its all about your luck and your tolerance of small bugs. These two points are the only things stopping me from giving this hotel 10/10.

The (free with our room) breakfast was fantastic, as was the service at breakfast. While our room was pricey, it was worth every penny. Room 101 has a balcony with a rare, fantastic view (otherwise, the rooftop common area is stunning). The layout of the room was perfect for a family of four (2 teenagers, who loved it)—and stylish. It's just far enough from Trevi to get out of the tourist crush—and be quiet at night—close enough to be there within 5 minutes. Every thing we wanted to see was about 25 minutes away, max. Staff exceeded every need. A total gem.

Zero complaints. Again, you'll pay a decent amount, and if you can, it's worth it. No complaints here at all.

Location, staff, and breakfast were all great! The room was spacious with two queen beds, which is hard to find. My only suggestion would be to have a mirror outside of the bathroom to make it easier to get ready with multiple people sharing space. We really appreciated the umbrellas they had available for guest use. Staff was responsive with taxi request. The fitness center wasn’t operational yet so my teenager was disappointed but they did offer the location at their sister site.

This was a very nice hotel with an excellent location. The room was very nice and good breakfast too. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar and how close we were to many sights because we like to walk. The staff was so helpful - always available and eager to assist. They went over and above helping us with our misplaced luggage from airport.

Only one thing that was odd - shower is set up such that water gets out onto bathroom floor.

Food was good but the service was slow and inefficient. Had to wait for my meal and had to ask for an item several times before it was brought to the table. The receptionists were excellent; all very professional, very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

The bathroom lacked some features i.e. nowhere to place face cloth or face scrubber in the shower. The shower was funky and did not close all the way, therefore water splashed outside the shower creating puddle on bathroom floor. Lighting and overall decor was a bit dark. Not enough power outlets for hair accessories in the room, especially if sharing room with another person.

The hotel location was superb- very close to the Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps and walking distance to all the main attractions. Very well positioned for shopping, with small boutiques as well as all the big names and even 2 department stores very close to the hotel. The rooms are lavishly decorated in warm , moody tones. We were offered free use of a mobile phone which was great for when our phone batteries ran out, as well as a complementary minibar filled with snacks. The staff here are extremely warm and welcoming and they went out of their way to help us with directions.

Had the roof terrace been slightly larger we might have been able to sit up there, but it was full each time we attempted to do so.
