Excellent location, 2 mins walk to metro, 4 stops to Roma termine for all trains. Short walk to Trevi fountain/Spanish steps etc. Rooms comfortably furnished and clean. Met by friendly owner at check in, very helpful with map and directions to main attractions.

Issued with voucher for breakfast in cafe across the road, sandwich and coffee/juice. Nothing wrong with sandwich or coffee but have to join the queue for a table with other customers. Not the most relaxing start to the day.

Location was great! We walked to all . Trevi Fountain, Pantheon , Vatican ( longer walk), Colosseum. You can take the train from the airport to Roma Termini & the M ( aka -subway- train A) from the Roma Termini to Barberini station it is less than 5 min walk to hotel from Barberini station. We were in room 23, The beds were very comfortable and there is a cute patio to sit on. The shower worked perfectly, and the hair dryer was amazing relative to most hotel hairdryers . The hotel staff was friendly, Great Value hotel.

If I had to complain…. I would say that because our room was right beside reception we could Hear people checking in. ( we slept in a bit while Getting used to the time change) But honestly it was not a big issue .

Loved the decor especially the staircase from the front door The owners were lovely people and very helpful Staff were excellent and always happy to help with any questions Loved the location within walking distance to Trevi - Spanish steps- collisseum, etc Laundromat just down a street you drop off and collect later

Hair dryer very old and had to keep pressing button for it to work..just needs to be updated to more modern version

Antica Roma hotel is an old building with vintage theme The location was great close to everything in central rome within walking distance The room smelled good as for an old hotel The shower pressure was good with hot water but it was a small for big size people Per safety it was safe , however i do not think it is suitable for solo female travelers the reception is not available for 24 hour and the front door does not look like a hotel however i was with my brother so i felt safe

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Antica Roma. The room was a little small, but lacked nothing and very much met our needs of a bed to sleep in after returning daily from sight seeing. The tall room window opened widely and fully and provided a beautiful view of the city street below and other very nice buildings. There is an elevator, which we appreciated having. It's really only large enough for 2 people or 1 person and maybe 2 bags, which wasn't an issue at all. Great location, with about a 5 minute walk to Trevi Fountain and numerous stores, shops and restaurants all around. There's a very reasonably priced pastry/coffee/crepe/gelato shop just 2-3 doors down which we went to every morning for coffee and a pastry for breakfast and a gelato ahead of returning to our room each night.

Not really a complaint, but the TV is very small.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from all the major attractions and fantastic restaurants. The room was equipped with everything I needed, making my stay comfortable. The hotel is housed in a charming historic building, yet everything inside is perfectly designed for convenience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a blend of history and comfort in the heart of the city! Excellent value for money.

only a five minute walk from trevis fountain!! best location in rome in my opinion! we did not have to get a single taxi as it was so well located. right beside a Sephora and some other nice shops. very near transport links. friendly staff. spacious room. clean bathroom. they cleaned the rooms daily. excellent value for money.

the only tiny complaint would be that the double bed was two single (Maybe slightly bigger than single) beds put together. however they were really comfortable mattresses, I have to say, so it did not affect us.

I had a nice stay. The location is great, very close to the city center. Rooms were clean and they changed towels. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for the location.

The breakfast was served at a local café. It was enough, tasty and staff was very kind, but I would have preferred more healthy options, though that’s just a matter of personal taste. Overall all was good.

Great location, close to the tube station (which takes you to termini and also to the Vatican) 5 mins walk from the Trevi fountain, about 20 mins from the coliseum, and about 45 mins to walk to the Vatican if you wanted to walk. Great room for 3 people, plenty of towels and toilet rolls, room was cleaned daily (even when we didn’t ask) clean towels every day too. Lovely old building, very Italian design, nice safety of having the locked doors. Would stay here again! Aircon and heating was a bonus, welcoming and friendly staff.

The lift is old and scary, so you have to take the steps. But that’s the only negative I can think of!
