Superb location in the heart of Rome. Staff wete very friendly and amazingly helpful! Breakfast was lovely and the snacks and drinks in bar were very reasonably priced. We got tbe exec room with amazibg balcony, definitely worth it.

Access to the spa facilities is not free to guests and is quite expensive just to use pool, sauna, steam room etc. I think a reduced rate for guests would make it more appealling.

The rooms were very modern and clean. I loved all the high tech features of the hotel and rooms. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. And the location was very good with regard to all the points of interest.

My family and I booked this hotel in February 2024 and requested that our two rooms be on the same floor and connected if possible, we also asked to be on a higher floor and that one of the room could have two beds and none of the requests were given even though it was communicated to us prior to our stay that they would accommodate our request. We were given rooms and the first and second floors and the room that was requested for two beds only had one bed. I stated to the receptionist our request and all I was told is that the hotel is fully booked and there’s nothing they could do. Also, charging $50. Euros for about an hour swimming is ridiculous.

Highly recommend this property for its cleanliness, modern amenities, and hospitable staff who consistently demonstrate politeness and a willingness to assist. The rooms exemplify modern design, are clean, and offer supreme comfort, along with a fantastic view of the cityscape. Located in the epicenter of Rome, we could easily walk to prominent landmarks, restaurants, Gelateria’s, and shopping areas. Our experience was delightful, and we would certainly opt to stay here again in the future.

The room was lovely, with some great bits of technology throughout, and an authentic old lift that I'd never seen before. The spa experience was INCREDIBLE. It is not sold enough on their website or Booking.com, but it was the best spa experience I've ever had. The staff we also (mostly) excellent - mention of Sarah and Nick who helped a lot.

In breakfast, the staff were mostly good, but the room itself what chaotic. There was one older gentleman who we found hilarious as he wandered around, moodily, doing nothing, whilst the other staff were rushed off their feet. The main issue needing sorting out was the additional £150 to use the spa... whilst this was a shock, when I then discussed it, and saw the spa, I was happy to pay. It was amazing in the end, but a shock on arrival that it was so much extra.

One of the best hotels i have stayed in. From start to finish the hotel staff both at reception and bar were outstanding. So helpfull and friendly. The room was perfect and clean and extremely modern with push button lighting and curtains. Coffee muchine.and kettle. Lovely shower. Small little lift to room. Hotel location is excellent 4 min walk from trevi fountain. And 5 min walk to hop on hop off bus stop. Breakfast is lovely with freshly made omelettes and fruit and coffee and tea and pastries. Would highly recommend this hotel. Spa experience is a musr do. Private spa experience. Outstanding

The hotel is amazing, very clean, very friendly staff, the room itself was lovely, very tidy and comfortable. Me and my girlfriend was very pleased with the hotel all round. If you get the chance definitely book the spa! We had an evening session and it was complete bliss. Great location too everything we wanted to see was with in a decent walking time and a great great restaurant called, “Thats amore” right opposite hotel and it’s amazing! 10/10 stay at the one boutique and will definitely be back. The location is excellent, between 7 and 15 minutes to reach the main sites. The room size is excellent and the hotel upgraded us to a larger room for free. The hotel has a dream spa that feels like heaven and is worth every shekel and if you don't want to miss a day in Rome you can also book for the night, The staff and service are simply fantastic. Highly recommend :)

The staff was so kind and polite, helpful with all needs we had. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The location is excellent, we could visit the major city attractions by foot. Last but not least: having the spa exclusively for us was such a treat !

Great location, very close to famous landmarks and restaurants. Excellent spa with individual sessions, absolutely loved it. Very modern look inside.. Very good breakfast daily. Resonably priced drinks at the bar. Staff helpful and friendly.

I found shower gel /shampoo quite basic and there was no body lotion available. Otherwise nothing to complain about 🙂

The breakfast included in the room was just right to start your day. Choice of eggs, pastries, fresh fruits, breads and drinks. We booked the room with the balcony and it was exactly what we wanted a view overlooking the Roma city. What made this room special was it’s the only room with a balcony. The staff at breakfast was the best as well the young lady who was at the front desk. Location was fabulous and so central to Roma city. The elevator was a little small but it’s a older building so we were just grateful it had one. Rooms were nicely renovated and modern. Would highly recommend for your visit to Rome.
