In a great location for walking to many of the major sites in Rome. Our room was spacious and airy. It was clean and comfortable and cleaned daily. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

We only had breakfast in the hotel once and while it was fine it was fairly basic. There are much better options available at restaurants close by which are better value for money. Our room was on the top floor of the annex to the hotel. This meant using a very small lift then climbing a few stairs. Not suitable if you are unfit or are particularly overweight. In all honesty, for us, this added to the character of our stay and we were fine with it but it might not suit others.

I liked the central location of the hotel and how it was very close to the Trevi fountain which comes in handy to get up early in the morning to take pictures. We also had a nice spacious room that overlooked the intersection which makes for nice people watching as well.

There were no elevators to our room (we stayed in another part of the hotel). There was only a small elevator which looked like it was used to transport bags so it’s a bit of a hike to the room.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment around the corner as we wanted an apartment but with the amenities of a hotel. It was a unique filled with atmosphere apartment! Old fashioned large windows everywhere looking over inner courtyards! Comfortable beds. Small kitchen. Amazing terrace (7f). There was a tiny elevator to bring up Luggage and people. Staff excellent. Arranged transport to airport for us and stored our luggage safely. We would go back and spend more time here. 3 min to trevi fountain. 10 to pantheon.

Quirky hotel in a great location. Very clean, good sized room, very nice bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel advertises that it has a lift, however our room on the first floor of the hotel could not be accessed by the lift so we had to drag out suitcases up a steep staircase. Our fellow travelers were in the hotel annex, so they had to walk outside in the rain and around the corner to access their room. It was on the 5th floor and the lift only went to the 4th floor, so again, suitcases had to be dragged up stairs. As we are all older travelers this was not easily done. If we had known about this we would have stayed elsewhere.

The location was amazing! Very close to most of the main sites and the Termini train station. You’re also surrounded by restaurants and the hustle and bustle of the city, but you still feel like you’re in a safe area. The staff was friendly and helped us with as much as they could, but note that they are not there 24/7 like in some hotels, but it was never an issue for us. They also allowed us to check in early since we were desperate to get into our rooms after our flight and that was a huge plus for us! The beds in the room were incredibly comfortable (which can be hard to find in Europe) and for a smaller boutique hotel, the size of the rooms were great for myself, my husband and our 5 year old who had her own futon to sleep on.

No elevator. That was our biggest challenge with the amount of luggage we had to take up and down the stairs, but there are rooms on the main floor, so if you are concerned, you could always request something there. The cleanliness in the room could have been a bit better, but it wasn’t terrible by any means. If you are incredibly picky, you may find fault there, but for us it was fine.

The hotel has an excellent location within walking distance of most attractions. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was relatively modest for my expectations. I missed boiled and scrambled eggs, vegetables, and some bacon. At times, there was a smell of sewage or a clogged drain coming from the ventilation ducts.

Toyed between here and another hotel a bit further out and cheaper, delighted we chose to pay the bit extra and go with this one!! Excellent location right next to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, walking distance to Vatican and Colosseum. Room was ready ahead of schedule and was clean spacious and exactly what we needed. Bed was comfy and shower was amazing! Staff were friendly and helpful with anything we needed, arranged a token for the room of drinks and chocolate for my friends birthday which was a great touch. Should we come back to Rome we were both in agreement we would stay here again without hesitation.

Very little to critique and it's nearly more nit picking...walls in room had a few black marks (possibly bags hitting off them) so could use a paint. Air conditioning was a bit difficult to work so had to leave window open - granted this was most likely very unusual for December but perhaps in summer this might be an issue but we weren't in the room enough to really worry about it. Room faced onto road so bit of noise but we knew that going from other people that went before and told us.

Great location, clean and highly functional room, helpful staff, everything worked well, very nice bathroom, comfortable bed, and a fine breakfast. Good value for the price. I'd seen very good reviews and also a few less than positive reviews, but we were very satisfied and impressed.

Depending on the room location, you might hear some street noise, but it didn't bother us. Do note that they don't have an elevator, so be prepared. Our room was on the second floor so no big deal.

The location is amazing right in the heart of the city very convenient to walk to key tourist spots and restaurants. The room was spacious and bathroom was good size as well. The breakfast had some good options and staff was friendly. Overall great stay.

We were placed in a room on the ground floor and could hear all the traffic outside as well as people entering and exiting the hotel which was frustrating at times. Otherwise no complaints

The room and bathroom were good size. The location was good and property is as pictured. The brunette desk clerk was always helpful and friendly.

No control of A/C. Apparently we came right after system was switched over for season. It was uncomfortable at night. We did find that the window opened which helped, but then we were fighting bugs and noisy street. Thankfully had earplugs to help dampen the noise. The beds are rather hard. We got to the hotel very early…too early. Our flight was early. We arrived before staff. There is no one overnight. Understandable as it’s a boutique hotel. Thankfully other staff let us in so we could wait for desk clerk. Desk states someone is there at 7 am but the clerk didn’t arrive until 8am. We couldn’t check in early, so they allowed us to store our bags which was fine.
