We had to move to this hotel last minute as our other hotel booking was a disaster. The staff were friendly and hotel was clean and comfortable. The location is ideal as it is only 5-8 minute walk from the trevi fountain and grest bars and restaurants.

The air conditioning was set at 22 and didn't allow us to change it, during the recent heatwave this was not ideal. It also turned itself off during the night.

The location is perfect. I had a one day and a half to see as many places as it could fit in my schedule, the location of the hotel helped me access to many places quickly. The staff were friendly and nice. They helped me get a driver to take me to the airport at 4 AM which I really appreciated. The room was good and the bed was comfortable. Overall, the stay was good and worth the money

The toilet flush wasn't working (I used an alternative solution) wifi signal was weak in my room.

Breakfast should be more diverse. We would like to have eggs., instead of so many sweets !! There is no Lobby at the main floor, the internet did not worked well in the 5th floor, but it was working well on the ground floor, but there was no way of staying or sitting on he ground floor.

The location is excellent, as were the staff . Armina and Lena helped us immensely with their guidance and advice. The room was cleaned thoroughly each day and we were provided with an abundance of clean towels . Nice big shower with plenty of hot water . Not a wide variety of food in the morning but what was there was very tasty . Great coffee made to order .

Could be very noisy . Internet didn’t work in our room for one day . The staff was accommodating and said they could move us . We declined as we were leaving the next day .

We were able to check in early which was helpful. The room was quiet, clean and warm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shutters made the room nice and dark. Location is perfect for the Spanish steps and train station.

Didn’t love that our double bed was two singles pushed together as we are cuddlers! Breakfast was ok - bad coffee but the food was good if you have a sweet tooth.

Staff were lovely. Breakfast was good, sometimes you had to wait a bit for the supplies to get replenished. Fabulous location, very short walk to Spanish Steps and other attractions. Would stay again. I was able to work from my room - good wifi, able to do videonconference calls. Our room was very quiet, except for when the building constrution next door was going on, but that was only during reasonable working hours. And I expect that construction will be done soon.

Bed was a bit uncomforable for me, especially the pillows.

the wifi connection is so poor . the breakfast , it will be nice to have some tomatto or any vige with the cheese , but it was good

It was near all the attractions we wanted to visit. Staff were very nice during our stay. Maid came every day and always left the room clean. Elevator always worked which was very convenient after a day roaming around the city on our foot and also because we had large luggages with us to carry.

The room seemed to be hot and ac wasn’t cooling enough even in winter. Shower was too small for one to move around comfortably. In the morning we could smell drainage from the bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay at our hotel in Rome. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was great. The reception staff were extremely attentive, and they even allowed us to check in early, which was a nice touch. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Rome!

Easy check-in and loved the location, right around the corner from the Trevi Fountain. It is walkable from the train station, but about 20-30 minutes and up/down a couple hills so be aware of that if you’re hauling luggage. You can also take the metro to make it a shorter walk. Cozy room, small, but had everything I needed!

The Wi-Fi was not very strong. The outside door is locked during the night/morning, which is very understandable, but when I tried to leave the property around 6am (in attempt to see some sights before the crowds), I could not get out. There was a staff member sleeping behind the desk in a chair. The situation was just a bit weird for me, other than that the stay was good!
