Great location and a good sized family room. It was an ideal base for us and we just dropped the bags off and went exploring the amazing city of Rome. Everything worked and was clean, it has Air con which was invaluable, the staff and the communication was very good. It felt secure and the surrounding area had plenty of nice eateries, shops and sites.

We had some noise in our room from the old shutter style windows because they were overlooking the main Street and the breakfast was average but that doesn’t bother me. Overall it was a great stay and did the job at a reasonable price so I was happy.

Perfect place to stay in Rome, fantastic cage lift and marble floors. Exactly what you would want! The view from the window was fantastically Rome too . We really enjoyed the breakfast - not a huge choice, but enough & coffee was plentiful and very good. Fantastic department store next door…

Maybe a slightly dated bathroom, but wasn’t so bad. There is noise from the street (the street cleaner came early and there was drilling at the intersection at 6am). However, worth this noise to be in the centre of things.

We had to move to this hotel last minute as our other hotel booking was a disaster. The staff were friendly and hotel was clean and comfortable. The location is ideal as it is only 5-8 minute walk from the trevi fountain and grest bars and restaurants.

The air conditioning was set at 22 and didn't allow us to change it, during the recent heatwave this was not ideal. It also turned itself off during the night.

The location is excellent, as were the staff . Armina and Lena helped us immensely with their guidance and advice. The room was cleaned thoroughly each day and we were provided with an abundance of clean towels . Nice big shower with plenty of hot water . Not a wide variety of food in the morning but what was there was very tasty . Great coffee made to order .

Could be very noisy . Internet didn’t work in our room for one day . The staff was accommodating and said they could move us . We declined as we were leaving the next day .

The location is perfect. I had a one day and a half to see as many places as it could fit in my schedule, the location of the hotel helped me access to many places quickly. The staff were friendly and nice. They helped me get a driver to take me to the airport at 4 AM which I really appreciated. The room was good and the bed was comfortable. Overall, the stay was good and worth the money

The toilet flush wasn't working (I used an alternative solution) wifi signal was weak in my room.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to Trevi Fountain and Piazza Spagna. Breakfast is good. The shower is superb! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was there on two different dates and they helped me to store one of my luggage until I came back a few days later. When I came back, my luggage was ready in the room even before the check-in time.

The light in the room is quite bad. There are only two small lights by the bed but no main light in the room.

Breakfast should be more diverse. We would like to have eggs., instead of so many sweets !! There is no Lobby at the main floor, the internet did not worked well in the 5th floor, but it was working well on the ground floor, but there was no way of staying or sitting on he ground floor.

Although the room is fairly small, this is to be expected in the center of Rome. The property is very conveniently located, close to Fontana di Trevi and the Spanish Steps, with easy access to subway. Breakfast is pretty good too.

Sometimes the elevator might get stuck on a floor if guests forget to close the inner doors (it's an old model). Not a biggie, unless you need to go all the way up to the 5th floor to unlock it.

Staff were lovely. Breakfast was good, sometimes you had to wait a bit for the supplies to get replenished. Fabulous location, very short walk to Spanish Steps and other attractions. Would stay again. I was able to work from my room - good wifi, able to do videonconference calls. Our room was very quiet, except for when the building constrution next door was going on, but that was only during reasonable working hours. And I expect that construction will be done soon.

Bed was a bit uncomforable for me, especially the pillows.

We were able to check in early which was helpful. The room was quiet, clean and warm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shutters made the room nice and dark. Location is perfect for the Spanish steps and train station.

Didn’t love that our double bed was two singles pushed together as we are cuddlers! Breakfast was ok - bad coffee but the food was good if you have a sweet tooth.
