Great location, close to Trevi Fountain and Barberini Metro station. Just off a main road, so not too noisy. Lots of great communication from hotel made it easy to find. Reception gave us a map and directions to key landmarks when we arrived. Comfortable bed too. The only downside is the walk across the road for breakfast, but we knew this in advance and there were coffee pods + machine in the communal area on each floor (only 6 rooms on our floor, and we didn’t see anyone else). So not really an issue given this is otherwise a quality hotel in a popular, central, location that is reasonably priced compared to others in the same area.

Fabulous hotel and location right next door to Rinascente department store, only a few minutes walk to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. The location was excellent, but what made our stay even more memorable was the staff. From meeting us upon arrival, explaining the area with a map of the 'must see' locations, they were always there, happy to help if we ever needed anything. The personal service is absolutely top-notch, something you don't get in larger hotels. The rooms had everything we needed and cleaned every day with fresh towels. All in all, it was a lovely experience which made our 5 day stay in Rome, extra special. We want to thank all the team members at Chic & Town Luxury rooms. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed 4 nights. Location was perfect, walking distance to all the major sights. Furthest was Vatican and we walked there no problem. (late 50s) Breakfast voucher for the cafe just down the road a bit was great and they were very welcoming there. Food was juice, coffee, pastry and / or toasted sandwich. They even catered for me with gluten free options. A tip for any cafe in Italy is to ask for your coffee extra hot or it will be luke warm.

Comfy bed and clean room and bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff. We were at the back of the building and there was some construction noise in the mornings but otherwise quiet. I assume that will be finished soon. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Really clean, comfortable and had everything you need. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room had a safe, fridge, powerful aircon and hairdryer. I felt very safe being a solo traveller. I will definitely stay again!

Lack of plug sockets and the key code didn’t work for me to get in past hours (after 9am) they didn’t let me know about the plan b way to get in so had to call the emergency number, so ask for the back up at check in if they don’t let you know. Also building work going on in the building which started early, but I was up to start the day. Some guests might have wanted a later start. Very minor but worth noting.

We choose this hotel purely for the location. Perfect for Spanish Steps , Trevi Fountin, Termini Train Station and all other main attractions . There are many good restaurants , shops, bus stops and everything you need withing 2 minutes walk. We loved this hotel . The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

No view from the room but to be fair we did not had time to stay in the room. The room felt a bit dark

Staff was very friendly, attentive and caring. When our flight changed and we were already checked out they found us a room to stay in until our departure that evening (late flight). The room was smaller than expected but big enough that two people were comfortable. Bathroom necessities were all prepared and clean towels. Small snack tray in the room plus a coffee machine in the hall. Absolutely recommend this hotel for your stay.

The location was within walking distance of the metro and lots of great restaurants and the Trevi Fountain. The room and bathroom were spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The air conditioning was fantastic!

I wish the reception area was more robust. There was coffee and sugar, but no cream. There wasn't any wine to purchase.

Location was amazing. I booked a small room but was much larger than expected. Beds we great! The breakfast at the cafe near by was very good. All the staff were amazing and extremely helpful when my wallet was taken on the metro.

The location , the staff and the rooms were cozy and very clean.

The rooms were not soundproof. We could hear every sound from outside our door and also we could hear the next room when they were showering/ draining water from their bath, like they were inside our room. Also the window was buzzing when it was windy outside.
