We enjoyed our stay in the hotel Elite. The room was perfect size , very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and right size for a family. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived I kind gentleman helped us with our luggage . Before we made our reservation I had emailed the hotel to inform about my daughter’s allergies. Front desk responded and made sure that we wouldn’t have any problems during our stay to the hotel. The location is just in the middle of everything! We’ve walked all over the city and metro was 5 min walk .Everything was perfect!

Excellent location only ten minute walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The Pantheon only 15 minutes away . The Staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. We booked a vist to the Vatican and booked through the hotel really easy even printed off the confirmation and ticket for us

Cannot find anything to complain about to be honest.

Comparing to where we stayed earlier the same week, Hotel Elite really is a luxury for us. I booked for a twin bed, and was happy to receive a triple bed :). Bed was so comfortable after a long day of walking. Kettle and drinks were always available :), Staff at the reception counter was super friendly and helpful with us trying to find places. There were maps at no cost and the two ladies were very very accommodating. I asked for taxi booking to the airport at the end of the trip and she surely booked one with a great smile! Will definitely come back if I travel to Rome again :) Location was perfect, with Trevi Fountain & Spanish steps just about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. There are many cafes and restaurants along the way. Sephora is just down the hill at the end of the hotel street (Francesco de Crispi).

Be wary if you are taking the metro to the hotel as it is a steep hill from the main road. The cobblestone is also not so helpful if you are lugging a huge luggage :) There is a few flight of stairs to the tiny lift fit for 2 persons without luggages. So you might need extra energy to drag your luggages up the stairs first. Surprisingly, we activated the "Do not disturb" sign at the door, but we came back to see the room was tidied and bed was made up. Luckily we didnt leave anything precious behind.

The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to the spanish steps, trevi fountain and pantheon. Rome is a very walkable city in general. Overall the room was great the only issue was the air-conditioning

The only thing that wasn't good was the fact that the air-conditioning in the room is fake. The air conditioning is a central unit controlled by the reception so the switch in the room is fake and does nothing.

Great location. Most tourist attractions can be reached on foot. The room and bathroom are comfortable, aesthetic and very clean. Atmospheric lighting in the bathroom - allows you to change the color of the light. Curtains cut off daylight, allowing you to sleep. Daily cleaning, fresh linen and towels. Nice and helpful staff.

There is little space to unpack things - a shelf, a wardrobe for clothes (there are hangers).

Very nice staff and room. It was a positive surprise as we were not expecting it to be this good. There was food available at the entrance, the room was spacious and the bathroom was really nice. The location is amazing, super central and the best in terms of price/location.

Air conditioning didn't work so it got a bit hot. They were renovating the second floor so there were a lot of cardboard boxes on the floor next to our door. The room seemed to smell a bit like weed in the morning so we were always opening the window to air it out.

We recently stayed at the Hotel Elite in Rome, and overall, I had a positive experience. One of the biggest highlights of the hotel was its excellent location. It was very convenient for exploring the city and getting around to all the major tourist attractions. The staff at the Hotel Elite were also incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure that I had everything I needed during my stay, and they were always available to answer any questions I had. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend the Hotel Elite to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Rome, especially for those who value helpful staff and a great location.

Room was always clean, and each day we got complimentary water, crossaints and coffee. It was also close to the bus station and metro and also close enough to tlsee the attractions on foot

Our window didn't have a nice view but I would stay here again

Daily phone calls with no one on the line. Had to disconnect as they seemed system generated. Was this to remind guests of check-out time ? Every day ?

Very kind lady at the reception to help us check in and give us recommendations for things to do in Rome. The bedroom was a very nice stay, and the hotel is in an excellent location which allowed us to walk to the landmarks in a quick time.

I only felt that the space in the toilet was a little small, but the shower space was good.
