I liked most of it. The AC was outstanding! Room was not too small. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good.

The shower is a bit cramped. It's about 30 minutes from the train station, colosseum, and the Vatican City so perhaps not the best location but there is a taxi stand a block down the road so no issues getting a taxi.

Perfect location and I felt very safe at this property traveling with my daughter! Highly recommend-the room was nice and spacious too.

Location is excellent, staff are friendly and very helpful. We had a small hiccup with our room and they sorted it instantaneously and wrote us an apology card with a lovely bottle of bubbles and fruit platter.

Breakfast was good. The staff were nice. The room was clean. Shower was good. Location near everything.

Check-in and check-out - the reception lady was not nice. I stayed 4 nights, and booked another room after 2 nights as there was music noise coming from the lobby to my room until 1am- lobby was that located above it (They said they cannot turn it off ). The room in teh 4th floor was good (but the you could hear the noise from the street). I would stay more nights but found the price per night was around 400Euro so moved to another hotel, just as good at 250Euro per night.

We received a warm welcome from Fao. Our room was very compact but nicely decorated. The mini bar was extremely well priced, but we actually only took 1 item from it.

There was some damage to furniture in our room, and the extremely tiny shower room needed a deep clean. Breakfast was manic, a very small corner contained the coffee maker, water dispenser, toaster and self service fruit. I had to request that more scrambled egg be made on two of our four mornings. This then involved a considerable delay. It appeared that staff on duty were not watching what needed to be replenished. Breakfast tables had 1 chair and I stool- uncomfortable! Two chairs should be provided at each table. The breakfast display on Booking.com bore no resemblance to that which we experienced. We only discovered when paying our final bill that we had been charged an extortionate €18 for a gin and tonic. Caveat emptor!

Perfect location and real nice hotel for sure. You are literally a block from all the action and right next door to probably the best coffee/sandwich shop we experienced in Italy.

The staff are amazing and very responsive. Whenever we made a request, it was fulfilled right away. They got us in our room before check in time as we arrived in Rome at 7:30 AM. The location of this hotel is fabulous, just a few blocks from the Spanish Steps and lots of shopping. The neighborhood is safe. There is a coffee shop next door with great pastries and fresh squeezed orange juice. We needed a hotel to accommodate 3 persons in one room and have an elevator which are both hard to find in Italy without paying a premium. The breakfast which was included was just enough to get us going each day. We would highly recommend this property and stay here again.

The bathroom needs updating- grouting and fixtures. The television also could be updated and the remote barely worked. The bar is a bit too dark and only noticed outside space on last morning as not mentioned.

The location was very nice, 4 minutes walks to the Spanish Steps, 5 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. IN front of the hotel, there is RINASCENTE a 7 floors department store (commercial complex) that contains all brands. The staff is friendly, all services are within walking distance such as groceries, pharmacies, cafeterias, restaurants, etc.

The property was exceptional! The rooms were modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. The staff was incredibly professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The location was perfect, with convenient access to the city’s main attractions. Overall, the ambiance was both luxurious and relaxing.

Honestly, I cannot think of anything negative about my stay. Everything was well-maintained, and the service was top-notch.
