I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to everything I needed. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Great location with access to buses and metro nearby. Walking distance to virtually all main sights such as Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Stairs, Piazza Navona, Pantheon just to mention a few.

Breakfast was OK but there was not any glutenfree options - we had to ask for it and then it was provided (although no cereals since they were with gluten). Coffee was good!

The location was perfect. Within short walking distance of Trevi Fountain and The Pantheon. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

The bed was very uncomfortable and hard and there was very limited lighting in our room. It was difficult to get taxis and we were unable to get Uber or FreeNow to collect us outside the property - had to attend a pickup point to get collected for taxis.

Location. It was walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, train station and many shops and restaurants. They had a nice quaint breakfast area with plenty of pastries, ham, salami and cheese and boiled eggs. The last day, they even had sandwiches.

Unfortunately during the weekday, they had construction going on. Luckily we stayed Friday-Tuesday.

Room 206 Mia suites was lovely. A family room with two sides. A double bed in one side and two singles in the other area. Perfect for a stay with my sister. Breakfast was appreciated and we were well looked after. The hotel is in a very good location for trevi fountain and Spanish steps areas and the night life around there. Easy Walking/metro distance from all attractions in central Rome. Would recommend this hotel and its quirky ancient elevator to all wanting a central location.

Tea and coffee making facilities provided in room but no milk, only paper cups and no spoons. No drama but this could have been a bit better.

The staff in the hotel were fabulous and very helpful to us as one of our group got very sick when we arrived in Rome and Lorenzo Diego and Mohammad went above and beyond to help us. We will always be grateful for their kindness and help. we will definitely return and stay again. The property was very centrally located, only a few minutes from the Trevvi fountain and the Spanish steps.We booked two rooms and they were really modern clean and comfortable too.We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning’s too. there is a little shop just across from the entrance that sells milk water bread snacks etc. will definitely return 😊

We stayed here for 3 nights. We arrived late and after check in at 21:00pm so there was a 30 euro charge on top of that which was totally understandable but make sure you have cash as they can’t take this payment through card. The location is amazing. So so close to everything you want to see when in Rome and only a short walk to loads of restaurants and little shops etc. A lady who was on the front desk when we arrived was extremely helpful and even recommended some beautiful places to eat! Prior to coming here they arranged a transfer to pick us up from the airport and drop us off right outside our accommodation, which took the hassle and stress away from us having to do it after landing! A guy we spoke to on our last night who was working the front desk arranged for a taxi to pick us up and take us to the airport which arrived on time and again stress free for us! The area is busy even late at night time it’s busy with people and we felt very safe.

The room walls are like paper and you can hear most conversations from above or around the room but we still slept absolutely fine.

Location was amazing. We walked everywhere. Property was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, not much of a variety, but enough to keep you full. There was about 10 steps into the property and then they had a lift. Would definitely stay here again

The best part about the hotel is definitely the location. It's an easy walk to most of the main attractions as well as the train station. The staff was also very friendly during both check-in and breakfast.

Our room unfortunately didn't have AC working so it was rather hot, but I was traveling with my family and all of their rooms had AC so I know this was just an issue with our specific room and not the hotel.

Location was great and very close to a train station. It was easy to get to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Lots of food and a supermarket 2 mins walk away. There are stairs so you need to be able to carry your bags. The room had air-con. The security was good!

The shower was separate to the bathroom. It was in the picture that was on the website but would drop water and make a noise. There was a spare bed but not sure you would fit 3 bags!
