Location - excellent & great value, city centre in all directions within minutes. Personable & communicative Reception Host - but they also leave & its almost like you're own AirBnB - so there's amazing lock/key system, so don't expect a full time concierge! Nor would you need one. Room 105 was great; spacious, full length Mirror, enough basic equipment for 3 days in Rome (we're not an insanely fussy couple) but hot on cleanliness. So the room was very clean & storage in abundance, full length Mirror, all the basics for a tourist stay. The free tea & coffee, water was a lovely touch. Tons of shops/coffee immediately downstairs & wonderful Thai massage to the left alley way. I thought was great for "Rome" given some of the prices elsewhere these days!

Location and convenience. Also the temperature of the room in those extremely hot days was as it should be.

The room and specifically the toilet could definitely be cleaner. One of the towels as also one of the pillow cases were not when we got there. It was fixed immidiately when we told the receptionist. And one observation. We didn't have to use the reception again after our check in. But those who did found difficulties.

Close to almost all touristic sites, but still not so noisy. We rented two rooms, one of them has a sauna in it (unfortunately we couldn't try it on August's hot) and the other one has a clothing room. Both are nice surprises. Boutique hotel offers a restaurant list, at first we were so hungry so we hadn't checked it and the food was awful. After that we tried suggestions and we are happy with the suggestions. There are mirrors everywhere.

Alessandro the host was great, prompt replies via WhatsApp. The room was cleaned daily with bottled water provided. Only downsides were, the bed wasn't really suited to me and my wife and the building work taking place next door, right outside our window, which was noisy 1st thing on a morning, but this is temporary and shouldn't put anyone off staying here. The location is perfect everywhere is walkable, so no need for transport. We would without doubt stay here again

It was just perfect! The location was more than ideal. The Trevi fountain is on 3 min distance. There are bus and metro stops nearby - just perfect when you want to travel far away from the center, although it is not necessary- everything is super close. The room is great as size, every day cleaned and super secured. Definitely we will choose the place again for our future Rome visits.

The location was excellent, safe and super handy for walking in and viewing Rome, we were in the centre of everything. The staff were absolutely amazing, they let us check in early as the room was ready and we were able to leave our luggage in the building after checkout which was amazing. They always greeted us and were super pleasant. The room was spacious and clean, it had all the facilities advertised and we weren't lacking anything. We were very happy with our stay.

Although the room is a bit small, it is very comfortable: a soft bed, AC in the room, bathroom has great water-pressure, and provides enough space suitcases and clothes. The room has a good fridge. The property also has a very nice terrace with a coffee machine. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The property has agreat location, close to many bars, restaurants, a metro station, points of interest, and grocery stores.

Shower head in the bathroom was loose.

I booked superior double room , the room was very nice and comfortable. The location was perfect. The check-in and check-out was easy and very pleasant. Thank you very much guys for doing great job. 🙏🙏🙏

The room was written 26 m square, but really, it doesn't look like it. I was on 27 December, so for me, it was a bit cold for me , we used air conditioners, but it makes noise it is normal , so i think it is good to have ear plags it you need quietness. Otherwise it was wonderful staying. Thank you very much !

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and easy to get around. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The price for a not what I would Think it deserves is certainly high but we in high season

It is the location that made us choose the Relais, close to attractions and bars, and well served by public transport. The corner where the accommodation is situated is very busy with locals and tourists because a fountain with drinking running water and a bar open from the early hours in the morning.

There is a lot of communication between us and proprietary, via texts, booking.com, WhatsApp that became the favourite meaning. Mainly where requests from the Relais: time of arrival, check in and check out times, what to do if the arriving was late... but sadly, the person who had to meet us was a hour late, and we had to wait outside in the hot sun (31°!). We wished to have fewer messages, especially when you are busy visiting Rome or enjoying a drink or a meal.
