Perfect fresh Coffee, Tea and snack were available at any time. Breakfast was fresh and delicious!! The staff was extremely helpful and always available. We were even helped with renting car and train tickets in Italy-Austria! Translation help was available. Internet was great, too.

We did not realize all the features available with old-stile elevator, but it was working just fine! All stay was just one great experience.

Overall, the room was very clean and comfortable. The triple bedroom is suitable for families with enough space and large bed. The staff is always available to answer any questions and to help.

The access to the building (especially the lift) is the worst feature of the facility and needs serious improvement. It was very difficult with 2 kids and a trolley to get in. Also, the breakfast was good but a little bit of diversity would be great.

Friendly staff, excellent location near to everywhere. Don’t expect too much for breakfast, it’s only cold cuts and bread but it was good enough for us. It’s in an old building with tiny hydraulic lift that can only fit 2-3 people maximum. This is just informational but we enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place.

Air condition keeps turning on and off by itself. Soundproofing is lacking as you can hear people talking loudly in the corridor. Also, there’s a lack of place to hang clothes.

Large spacious room which was very quiet in terms of no noise from outside, considering the excellent and very central location.

My only complaint would be the loud conversation being had at midnight by some guests with the receptionist. Whilst loud guests are not the hotel´s fault, I felt that they could have been asked to be respectful of other guests, considering that the rooms are all close to the reception area. Breakfast was a bit limited in terms of choice but the coffee was lovely.

Brilliant Location. Absolutely loved how close it was to all of the tourist hotspots. The hotel room was clean and very comfortable.

The breakfast was poor. Very little choice. I stayed for 4 nights and every morning the staff seemed very cold and did not engage in conversation. As a solo traveller, I feel that this would have made me feel welcome. I also asked 2 days in advance for a slightly later check out due to check out being so early at 10am-this was sadly not accommodated.

The location is amazing- walkable to a lot of amazing historical sights and restaurants. Also right by the metro. Rooms are nice and were quiet even in a very busy area. It was a great value compared to other hotels in the area.

The locks are a little hard to use and our door needed to be shoved open. The elevator did not work for us when we first came so bringing up the luggage was hard. But as long as all doors are shut on the elevator on each floor it will work and we used when we were leaving.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is fabulous in the city centre, walking distance from everything. Despite the central location you couldn’t hear outside noise, the room is well soundproofed. You could occasionally hear noise from other guests but that cannot be helped and is expected anywhere. The room was clean with comfortable beds, good bathroom facilities, good WiFi connection and air conditioning. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit before check in and had a late flight home and we were able to leave our luggage with them on both occasions. As others have mentioned there is a small lift, however we only used this once. Whilst there are some stairs we didn’t find these unmanageable. They aren’t steep and the property is only on the 3rd floor so there aren’t too many to navigate. The antique lift is expected given the time period of the building.

Nothing we didn’t like. We would have perhaps liked the breakfast times to be extended a bit later as we often missed it, however that’s our own fault for not waking earlier!

Something that probably can't be helped. The elevator. Heavy bags need to be carried up a few stairs to get into the lift. No one to help bring bags in. Unsure where reception is initially and not on 24 hours. We had an issue with the room door, locked in, they didn't answer the phone line and we had to bang on the door for another guest to let us out. After that, no other issues. AC was incredible. Bathroom counter space too small but very nice. Need more hooks to hang towels, etc. Breakfast good but area too small. We had to skip once because it was too crowded and again because they open at 7:30 am. Coffee is made for you..it was very good. Felt comfortable and safe. I would stay in this hotel again.

The people were super nice. The location could not be better. The first day, we went for a walk and just accidentally ran into the Trevi Fountain which was a great suprise. We walked everywhere in town and didn't take a taxi until the day we left to get to the train station.

The room wasn't huge especially for our four person family. However, the room was quality and had a great location, so we didn't mind the size.

Spacious, beautiful, modern and clean rooms. Much more comfortable than small hotel rooms. Incredibly nice and helpful staff, always ready to help and advise. Every request from our side was promptly provided. Thank you for the breakfast and delicious coffee during the entire stay, even after checking out before our departure, the owner took great care of us ❤️ Perfect and safe location, 5 minutes walking from Di Trevi fountain. Busy traffic on the street under the windows, I used earplugs. Don't be afraid of the stairs, they are very shallow and pleasant, my son enjoyed using the elevator 😉 Definitely our choice for accommodation on our next visit to Rome.

NOTHING, everything was GREAT!!! The only small recommendations for future: As my son is allergic - after the housekeeper, I would recommend a double check of washing the dust under the beds and on the bedside tables. In the lobby during breakfast, I recommend playing pleasant Italian music, it will be a much nicer atmosphere in contrast to complete silence and hearing the conversations of other guests at the tables.
