Location close to trevi fountain,easy walk from train station, lovely building with great sound reduction from street noise, decor was fun, clean, comfy bed & pillows,wonderful fountain shower, secure property

Nothing… all was lovely

Location is brilliant. Right near to the metro station and a 5 minute walk to lovely restaurants and the incredible Trevi Fountain. The room is superb, really big and ideal for me and my 2 children. Bathroom / shower area was also superb. Francesco who was our room coordinator was excellent to deal with. Was on hand if we needed anything and was clear with all instructions. He also allowed us a complimentary early check in and late check out which was ideal when travelling 2 young children. If we visit Rome in the future I will be 100% looking to re book the 125 Tritone Apartment.

Tritone 125 suite is wonderful. Perfect location - near piazza Barberini, 300 meters from trevi fountain and 400 meters from Spanish steps. The building is beautiful, old and historic architecture. The apartment is large, sunny with balcony looking tritone street and piazza barberini with fountain. In the apartment you have everything for rest and comfort - amazing bed with good matrass. All facilities - coffee machine, electric cattle, refrigerator, safe. Space is enough for everything. The walls are decorated and nice looking. The bathroom is big with good shower and lightening. Everyday cleaning, changing the towels...full comfort. You feel yourself as in good 4-5 star hotel. I would like to.mention about Francesco the owner. He is Perfect host, always ready for assistance. He is reachable any time, if you need to ask something. He organized our shuttle service to airport. Thank you Francesco for your support and kind reception. I will be back in this worm and absolutely fantastic house. 6 days in blue apartment was unforgettable for us. Kind regards and best wishes ❤️

Everything ❤️ fantastic stay

The location was excellent and close to public transport. Communication from the property manager was very good with clear instructions. There was a lift to this 4th floor apartment and the soundproofing was good. The room was more than big enough for 3 of us with a balcony and a good sized bathroom. Coffee and tea making facilities were provided as well as a small fridge. It was very clean with cleaning also done daily and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. I would certainly recommend this property as a good option for accommodation in Rome.

The room was very clean and the location was excellent — just a short walk from the bus and train stations, restaurants, and all the beautiful landmarks of Rome. The host was kind and helpful, and we truly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. I highly recommend it!

The only thing to note is that the internet connection wasn’t very strong, and it would be great if the host could provide an iron for guests. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Amazing location absolutely delighted i chose this one of the best holiday decisions . Near trevi fountain. Metro. Bus. Beautiful shops and restaurants. Really perfect place. Beautiful italian original feature building. Thk you Francesco for all your kind efficient support

The cleaning product was a little strong having asthma but with the beautiful large doors not a huge ussue but people with respiratory issues would benefit from lower fragrance. Just a tip . Not a complaint. As i have none.

The location was great. I also appreciate the late check-out without any fee (we had some issues with car rental so left apartment later than official check-out).

Although there were kitchen in the room there were lack of kitchen utensils (two spoons and disposable cups). Would appreciate appropriate kitchen utensils :)

This property located at the centre of everything. Very near to metro, trevi fountain , spanish steps and others by foot. I love the classic design of the big entrance door and the elevator!

The room is not that clean. You can see dust especially at kitchen area. The cleaner did not wash the mug from previous customer because the lipstick are still there . Location a bit noisy.

I was familiar with the location and local shopping and restaurants so sought out this property based on it being an affordable option in a great location. Pierpaolo was extremely helpful and while I never met him, he was available for check-in, gave great instructions on how to use the keys (which worked perfectly), set the thermostat, etc. It was almost better than a front desk because there was no line - he was just available as needed! The bed was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed the view from the balcony door. Overall a great value.

No complaints whatsoever.

The location was excellent, the apartment was comfortable enough for 3 people for a couple of days. In the apartment there were complementary dolcegusto coffee cartridges, a small fridge and a kitchenette outside the apartment that could be used. The possibility to leave luggage after check out was an excellent option for us. Francesco was available all the time which helped us a lot.
