Location, later check in and bags on hold as we had 2 hours spare before leaving for airport and very quiet no noise from the streets.

No reception staff atmosphere, when we came she barely said anything or looked at us, just typing into computer, no emotions, no smile.. all staff was like this ..we didn't have breakfast pre booked, but perhaps if staff with better energy smile, excitement could sell the breakfast, I just fell like first impression does matter, people coming from all over the world...there was zero connection between staff and customers.

Excellent Location, Close to all attractions and to metro station.

One of the two days we stayed, there was no internet connection to the room. No alternative or assistance was offered. Had to work from the Reception only until 21.30pm as it was closing afterwards.

Location was amazing!

No tea/coffee machine in room. No staff after 9 pm. Nobody there if you want to checkin/Checkout late at night…

The location was excellent, with most of the major attractions within walking distance. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity, so finding somewhere to have dinner was no problem. The buffet breakfast on the roof terrace offered a reasonable selection and it was a lovely place to sit. The bedroom had a small fridge, which is always very welcome in any hotel.

Although there was a kettle in the room, there were no china cups, there were only plastic ones and these were very thin. I can understand that this means you can be sure the cups are clean, and not just rinsed under the bathrom tap. However, it would be good if the plastic were more robust. Or, better yet, if they were made of paper instead of adding to the mountain of unrecycled plastic.

Location was spot on as mentioned in previous comments, 5 minutes to Trevi Fountain and Metro station.

The hairdryer was broken in my room it was misshaped and the front grill was melted away. I asked the night before I needed a hairdryer and was told it would be looked at in the morning (later than I needed it). Then after asking again was provided with a hairdryer, after having my shower with wet hair tried this hairdryer to find it wouldn't fit any of the plugs in the room. When we took back to reception we were told it needs an adapter and it was up to us to go and buy it. Not impressed

A lovely small hotel in a great location just a few minutes walk to the amazing Fontana di Trevi and restaurants galore. The Spanish Steps was only a 5 min walk from the Hotel and the Pantheon a bit further than that. We had a longer but easy walk to the Colosseum so in all it was a great central point to visit many of the tourist attractions. For people that like to use public transport the Metro was just up the road as well. Our family of 4 shared a room but there was ample space and the extra 'beds' were made up for us on arrival. The staff were professional and helpful when needed. A lovely stay.

I have nothing negative to say about the Hotel and our stay there.

In this beautiful location, I am experiencing my first time in Europe where I have spent no money on communication, with the exception of my travel to the airport. It is remarkable to note that every day I stay at this hotel, I am saving between 20 to 30 euros typically spent on communication services

One notable absence was the lack of an espresso machine in the room and in the lobby. Given that we are in 2025 and located in Italy, I believe this could greatly enhance the guest experience. I would kindly suggest that the hotel management consider the option of providing capsule coffee machines in every room. Even if guests are charged 4 euros per day for this service, it would elevate the overall comfort and convenience of the stay.

The hotel is located at the center of Rome, walking distance to Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Piazza di Spagna and Colloseum. Metro statiin Barberini is at 260m (we used it to go to Vatican city). The room wasn't luxurious, but it was good (comfortable for 2 persons and clean). At 2nd floor, with a window to Via del Boccaccio. We stayed there 7 nights and had no problem. We had breakfast at the terrace (5th floor). There wasn't any variety, but it was ok. The stuff was friendly.

We liked the location and the reception staff were very polite!

We booked this hotel because there were no rooms in another hotel where our friends were staying! The hotel itself needs renovation, there is no soundproofing, you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, it felt like it was happening in our bathroom! It was impossible to sleep on the beds, they creaked terribly even just turning over to the other side, the pillows are uncomfortable! It's a shame there wasn't at least one English channel!

The room was large, cool, and quiet for sleeping with a large desk for when I had to work and an even larger bed which was perfect for us. Lots of storage space for all our travel gear. The location was amazing, though. Just a few minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain, the main street for the trains and close to really lovely restaurants that are open very late so you can come back after a days sightseeing, have a siesta and then stroll out to enjoy the evening. I'm so glad that we chose to stay here, it was exactly the location we were hoping for!

The pillows were like rocks. Very flat and hard, we doubled them up so we could sleep comfortably but they weren't great. The breakfast was very dull so we only had a coffee. They closed the rooftop terrace after breakfast time so we couldn't sit outside and enjoy the scenery throughout the day. It would have been nice if we could have stayed there to relax as our room was on the bottom floor and had no real view. It's not a big problem as we were very close to so many wonderful cafes and restaurants, but of course, this means going outside again and sometimes you just want to chill.
