The place is very clean and neat. The staff was very helpful and Nice.. It's near the center you can get everything by walk. The AC is very cold and it was good.

They don't have a kettle, but you can ask for hot water any time you need.

We have booked a "small double room" located in the 5th floor. This was small indeed and after 1 night we had the chance to upgrade to the junior suite in the 2nd floor against a reasonable surcharge and that was the best decision we could make for the remaining 3 nights! This room was perfect; large bed room with a connecting dressing/living room towards a spacious bathroom. We strongly suggest to pay this little extra, worth the money! We skipped breakfast and enjoyed an espresso for one Euro accompanied by a sandwich to start into the day. The hotel staff was very helpful to recommend nearby eateries and also give useful information to come around.

I booked it because it was advertised as having a bar. This was my main criteria for booking this particular hotel compared to others in the area. As we were a group travelling together but in different rooms I felt a bar area would give us somewhere to meet up in the evening.However the bar/ restaurant was no longer open the room was only used for breakfast. I feel this change from a hotel to a bed and breakfast facility meant it was no longer value for money compared to other local hotels that did not have bars and restaurants.

- Location: The location is good, I did everything in Rome walking. When I decided to go to Firenze, the train station was also within walking distance. - Staff: Fantastic reception staff, very friendly and helpful. - The rooms have good space and the bed/pillows are comfortable. - Even though it was not perfect (breakfast is a big issue), I would possibly stay here again based on the location and price.

- Breakfast: Not worth paying. Go to a coffee house or bakery on the streets. The options are very few and weak, nothing hot is offered and the juices are the most hideous I have drunk in my life. I mentioned about the quality of the juice, as it takes like dirty water, nothing was done. - Elevator/lift: As in most central hotels, the elevator is tiny. It fits 2 squeezed-in persons without luggage. - Rooms decoration: I understand most hotels in Rome are the same but the decoration is very outdated.

We didn't experience the breakfast, so I couldn't comment on it. The location was perfect, not in the thick of the crowds, but just a short stroll to the Trevi fountain and the Pantheon. The rooms were clean and the ability to open the windows for fresh air and to just view the city life was nice. The front desk staff were nice and helpful.

The elevator was tiny. It could only fit 1 person and 1 luggage, or 2 people tightly. It would sometimes stay at the top floor while you may be waiting on the bottom floor for 10 min for no apparent reason. The bed was more firm than soft.

The triple bedroom worked well for me and my daughter rather than 2 single beds inches apart. The shower was hugely powerful and plenty of hot water. Toilet rolls and fresh towels every day. Buffet breakfast was unlimited so for 12 Euros you can have your fill. A coffee for my daughter in our room was 1.50-2 Euros. Great coffee. Excellent house red wine and cocktails at night in the dining area that became 8 e 1/2 Otto e Mezzo. Always a buongiorno or sera with a smile from the reception staff any time of the day or night. Housekeeping staff were not intrusive but you knew they'd made up the room. I loved how they made the double bed I slept in; it was like a tight coccoon! The wifi worked. Superb location - 4 mins to Trevi Fountain and 6 to Spanish Steps. It was only 45 minutes walk to the Vatican. Bars and restaurants a plenty. I highly recommend Sora Lucia a few metres from the hotel on opposite side of the road: modern, clean, lovely people and great food, reasonable prices.

My daughter would have preferred a normal duvet but found the cosy blanket in the wardrobe which suited her better that the bed spread affair. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room would have been an improvement. (There was a small fridge in the wardrobe with water & soft drinks but no alcohol.) Toiletries were limited to hand soap, shower gel and shampoo, no hair conditioner or body lotion. I thought breakfast was included in my booking but it wasn't, so I spent 40 Euros extra on the hotel booking that cost +900 Euros for 4 nights.

Friendly receptionists, amazing location to explore Rome on foot, clean, luggage storage before check-in / after check-out that helps a lot.

We were told we consumed something from the minibar, even if that was not the case. But guess it was just a misunderstanding.

The staff was really great and helpful, the location is amazing. It was quiet and comfy. The room was small even though we upgraded, and because it was small felt stuffy. They had a complementary Prosecco for us upon arrival which was a nice touch. It was really clean and the facilities were like new.

Great location 500m to Spanish steps, 400m Trevi fountain, 800m Pantheon , 1km Piazza Navona, 800m Colosseum, 1.6km St Peters all easy walking. Helpful staff, very clean, daily maid service for room. Room 508 is nicely decorated and has a small roof level terrace with seating for two. The attached 8 1/2 cafe was great for breakfast. Would definitely stay here next time in Rome.

All good no negatives

The location is just perfect, 2 min to Trevi Fountain. We had a perfect view from the room. If the hotel offers to update your room for a very reasonable price, feel confident to agree! Metro station is 5 min away. Would stay here again.

Breakfast for 15 EUR could contain at least anything hot. We did not like the quality of coffee, too. It is possible to find a better breakfast nearby for the same price.
