The apartment is at an amazing location only few minutes from Trevi fountain. It makes access to all main historical places. It's a cozy (and clean) place suitable for a city break and/or long weekend. The personnel was also very helpful and very responsive to massages. We also loved that we could leave our luggage at the property after checkout and pick them up prior leaving to the airport later on.

The breakfast was at a local café few meters from the apartment which in itself wasn't an issue. What we didn't like is, that the vouchers (breakfast included in price of the accommodation) included only a coffee of choice and a piece of croissant. Everything else must have been paid for in addition. Well, for me personally, if I book an accommodation specifically with breakfast included, I expect a buffet table, not a coffee and a croissant.

We are very happy with our choice of accommodation, the location was perfect! It was close to the spanish steps and fontana di trevi. Even though we arrived after check-in time, it was easy to get into the hotel, we were given pictures of where everything was so that it would be as easy as possible for us. The room smelled good and the cleaning was top notch! Cesare was helpful and recommended us where to go to eat and walk around town. When we go to Rome again, Daphne is an obvious choice for us!

The accommodation had an excellent location, all famous attractions are within a 15-minute walk, the cleanliness of the room was on the high level !! the staff is very friendly

Breakfast! although we had a complaint about the breakfast (only one chorasan and one coffee/cappuccino), with Monika's help we found a solution. However - really big big minus for “ Italian breakfast “ Many thanks to Monika for her help, problem solving, and friendliness. truly a strong person with such very good energy.

Location is perfect. Most attraction is on walking distance. Deluxe room is very big and comfy, Apartment is clean, The lady at reception is very helpful.

We had a family room with 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed. A shame that there is not 2 x single beds instead of the sofa bed as would be more comfortable for two children. Shower tray also fills up with water as opposed to drain.

Against all the reviews I had read on the internet, I was a bit skeptical, my process was quite smooth and simple. Monika was quite friendly and the room was exactly like the images. All facilities were nicely provided. I was happy with the prices offered too. The place was very close to the metro station and there were a lot of restaurants nearby too!

The lane was under construction so a bit dirty where the hotel is. I was informed about the small lift, but that was the smallest I have ever seen 😂. The reception was also quite small

Great location. There is a little lift that works well and takes you to the 3rd floor. We checked in after 1300 and so we had an email explaining how to access the room. The staff were great. Very friendly staff. I felt very welcomed. Very clean room that used the space up well. They helped us with ideas for the local area and also connected us with excellent airport transfer service. Close to the metro and lots of food plus attractions.

I can't think of anything I did not like. I enjoyed my stay at this little hotel near Trevi Fountain and Spagna area.

breakfast location was nearby and it made the stay much more relaxing, because we didn't have to be looking for a place. It was right there.

the elevator could have been a bit larger. We had to go up 3 times to transport our luggage. And in the website the suite I Reserved stated that I had a patio over looking the city, but we couldn't see anything because of the plastic covering the patio. misleading.

Great location, almost all main sights can be reached on foot, metro station and buses nearby in 2 minutes for those who don't like to walk a lot. Show staff. We had a late check-in and were given full instructions via messages on how to get in and also how to connect to the WiFi. Staff responded to my messages very quickly. The room is spacious, and the bathroom has a shower, bath, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and towels of all sizes. Cleaning every day. Classic Italian breakfast (croissants and various drinks) delivered to our room. There are several good cafes on the street where you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
