Location was great. Right in the midst of everything. Not far in terms of walking to to the main sites ie Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Marco at the front desk was amazing. Helped organise baggage storage . At breakfast , the staff (unfortunately I cant remember his name)attending to us was very polite and pleasant. Loved the small balcony that you could open up to..!

Lift took awhile to get to your floor. But able to manage once we knew that it was slow. Small room for 2 to open baggages.

Very friendly and welcoming staff at the breakfast. Cute, clean and comfortable rooms. Not the best location but still a good location to walk around the city and to its main attractions. Good value compared to other hotels in Rome.

Private parking wasn’t that close, especially when walking back uphill with luggage. Was told it would be 18 but it was 23 euros for overnight. Small and slow elevator. Breakfast wasn’t the best but very good coffee.

The style is pure classic form, like a cocoon of yesteryear that fits well into the city. For a single person, the room suits the needs, with well-thought-out equipment. The staff is accommodating. The nearby metro station makes your travel easier.

The space in the room is very limited, its price therefore depends a lot on demand in addition to its standard. A double room must be very different. The view is sacrificed for the sake of calm. I would have really loved a kettle. For breakfast, a more convenient ordering system could be implemented instead of disturbing or waiting on staff.

Fantastic location, and great price for thisbarea of city. Close to public transport. Metro very near. Trevi fountain about 7 min walk away.lots of little mini markets nearby to pick up water and essentials. Room was basic, but had everything required. Hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was buffet and plentiful.

Service at breakfast was a little abrupt at times. The guy was not able to deal with more then one customer at a time. He came across as a little rude, but I don't think he meant to, mught be just the difference in culture.

The location is perfect. You cannot get any better when visiting Rome everything is a 10 minute walk.

There was nothing to dislike about the property. I understand that the three gentlemen at the front desk can get busy, but at times, at times they were abrupt.

Location is brilliant. You’re in the heart of Piazza Barbarini with its lively bars and restaurants. You’re close to a metro station. There is abundant high end breakfast mostly continental, although the breakfast area is small. Rooms are small but clean and well equipped. Bathroom is very nice indeed. Staff are excellent and very helpful.

This hotel met our requirements and I definitely would return.

Paid on booking.com €311. That was the cheapest rate incl hotel’s own rate for a Tuesday night. The same room was €175 if booked nearer the time!

Location was excellent, breakfast good and room clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. The gentlemen at reception were exceptionally helpful and always seemed happy to help. The room staff too were friendly and helpful, as well as thorough in their work. The air-conditioning was very efficient, which was appreciated as the temperatures were high in Rome. (not normally a lover of air-con!). Thank you to all staff.

I appreciated the hotel's convenient location and peaceful atmosphere. The room was quiet with efficient AC, the breakfast was great, and the staff was very professional.

Some small inconveniences were the lack of an individual iron, dust on the table when I first arrived. Additionally, the key is heavy, so you have to leave it at reception when heading out.

The location and amenities were excellent. We could walk to everything we wanted to see in Rome. The Trevi is barely 7 mins walk. Near great shopping too. The daily breakfast included was top notch. It was available till 10 am which is amazing if you want to sleep in a bit. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Small thing..the rooms were small but given the location of the hotel it's understandable.
