The front desk staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! They were quick to offer coffee and pasties, they let us borrow electrical adapters, they allowed us to store our luggage and even had our room ready early. They helped us so many times to figure out our way around whether it was walking or taking a bus or train (the metro was closed during our time there)

We loved everything during our stay at the Parisii Luxury Relais Rome. Located in a gorgeous, historic neighborhood less than a ten minute walk to the Spanish Steps and Via Condotti for some high end shopping options if that's your cup of tea. The room decor was beautiful incorporating warm wood flooring with classic fixtures and comfortable furniture. The bed couldn't have been better as well Great places to eat and drink nearby. The staff, especially Laura were impeccable and ready to assist at all times. All that for less than $300 a night. Don't hesitate to book. Relaxed luxury, unbeatable location at an amazing price. 5 stars. 10 out of 10

I’m so glad I chose Parisii Relax Home for my trip to Rome! The place was spotless, cozy, and in a perfect location—just a short walk from the Spanish Steps and other major sights. The host was amazing—warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She gave us great restaurant and sightseeing tips, and when our taxi drove off without us, she even walked us to find another one. Before we left, she surprised us with some homemade chocolates as a farewell gift—such a thoughtful touch. Honestly, I was really moved. I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Rome!

When our taxi drove up to our hotel, we couldn’t have imagined what was waiting for us behind the two green doors where we were dropped off. We went in and With the assistance of Ricardo, we loaded our luggage onto the elevator and headed to the second floor. Ricardo was very pleasant and helped us get checked in and prepared my husband and I a lovely cup of espresso. We stayed in the Rose room and it was exceptionally clean and very cozy. The location of the hotel is walking distance to Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Piazza Del Popolo and close to many restaurants. We walked to the corner coffee shop for a cappuccino and chocolate cornetto every morning. Aisha was at the desk when we checked out and was so sweet. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will return the next time we visit Rome.

The room was very nice and cosy. The property only has 5 rooms so it felt a little like your own private place albeit a bit small especially when people leave their luggage in the main area waiting to check in or check out. There is a nice common area to sit and relax .the ambience is very homely.

The air condition in the room worked fine but it was either too hot or too cold for me and I had to keep adjusting the setting. There is no breakfast in the guest house which is okay but if they could provide just some coffe and maybe a cornetto, would make it so much more comfortable

We stayed in the Rose room which was beautiful- so elegantly decorated with very comfy beds, and a lovely big bathroom. The room was quiet and cool and every day fresh organic fruit and Petit fours were supplied. Grace could not do enough for us. The Parisii apartments are very close to the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps and are very well connected to transport, with a taxi stand, metro and hop on and off bus a minute's walk away. There is an excellent restaurant just up the lane.

I landed in Rome for my first ever visit after extended flight delays and with my luggage missing - not the best way to start a trip. However, the staff at Parisii went out of their way to make me feel welcome and relaxed, from the fresh organic fruit bowl and Italian biscuits in my room to lending me a travel adaptor and assisting with the return of my luggage when it was finally located. Also, there was the morning cappuccino and sweet treat each day. The rooms are beautiful, with high ceilings, much needed air-conditioning coffee pod machine and lovely toiletries. The location is exceptional, with major sights within walking distance and some great restaurants serving traditional Italian food.

Fantastic location in the heart of Rome, tucked away from crowds, a true gem which we would be definitely returning to! The experience was seamless, easy self check-in with QR code (as we arrived later than planned), elevator took us to the apartment. Our room was stunning, just as the pics describe it. The staff left us a big crostata and artisanal biscuits in the room with cutlery and water - which was the best thing after a long trip! We really enjoyed the sweet treats during our stay! Very quiet, bed was super comfy, everything modern, clean, luxurious, with all you'd ever need tucked away in different corners (from slippers to champagne flutes!!), really enjoyed our stay!

Loved it all. Room was fairly small (in line with the expectation set in the booking so no faults there) but you could manage still easily.

Everything!! completely exceeded my expectations. I was a bit skeptical before arriving, thinking it might look tacky compared to the photos, but I was so wrong—it’s even better in person! The room was spotless, with amazing attention to detail. The building had a beautiful classic feel—elegant, cozy, and impeccably clean. And the bathroom? Absolutely flawless, which is a huge plus in older buildings. The location was perfect for exploring Rome, and they surprised us with a delicious tart, which was the cherry on top. Highly recommend this place for a perfect stay!

The only thing I can think of is we wished it had breakfast as we prefer to eat then leave and explore

Excellent boutique style hotel in fantastic location. Was like a home away from home with very attentive staff. Nice touches such as fruit and biscuits in room and as soon as we arrived the lovely staff offered us drinks and coffee and bought our bags up to reception. Coffee and pastries for breakfast was all we needed for a light breakfast. The rooms are very modern, very clean and QR to enter the building and rooms very handy. Highly recommend ⭐️
