The location was perfect, near metro and bus station, 7 min to reach Trevi fountain by foot. It was clean, quiet, staff was great. There was a huge comfortable lobby to stay after your checkout and wait for your leaving time.

It would be great to have a mini refrigerator and electric kettle with this price.

The hotel gives the best price/performance ratio! The location is perfect, very center of Roma. Reception staff was very helpful.

House keeping was the one and only negative thing. He/she didn't work properly.

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable. Ask for a refurbished room. Good base for exploring the city.

The breakfast was adequate but a bit cramped and too busy. The rooftop terrace was closed. No tea or coffee facilities in the classic room. Tea and coffee not replenished in superior room.

The hotel is located in a great spot, walking distance to ten main attractions, very close to the metro stop. Good breakfast, very polite staff, clean rooms.

There were no robes, slippers or mini fridge in the room. That made my stay a little bit uncomfortable.

Location is perfect and close to some major attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Place is very close to metro station and the bus stops. It's surrounded by some good places to eat. They allowed us to store our luggage post check out while we were out which was a great relief.

During our two days stay, the AC was automatically turned off centrally around 9-10 a.m. which makes uncomfortable to stay in room during summer months. As explanation i was told that it's some maintenance going on for entire Hotel however felt strange to happen for both days of our stay. Amenities within the room are limited however same is as mentioned in description of the property listing.

Our first room had a safe that wouldn't lock & AC that was not working properly; it was a public holiday so maintenance not available BUT the staff did all they could to try & fix the problems & when they couldn't they changed our room. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We REALLY appreciated everything they did to make the stay so wonderful

Only 2 pillows on the bed (they did provide extra ones within minutes of requesting them but as we arrived at round midnight we did not ask until the next morning so 1st night was a bit uncomfortable, especially as AC was not working properly...but see above re: how well staff managed the situation)

The loctation was great - it wasn't a far walk to the trevi fountain and the spanish steps but it was far enough away that it wasn't too busy. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. There was also plenty of storage for our luggage too. The bathroom was huge so that was also a bonus.

Some non-paper cups would have been good or some cutlery. Just some small amenities would have been nice to have

A great location, close to the Metro and very near the Trevi Fountain. My room was pretty basic, but very pleasant and well maintained, with a comfortable bed - very quiet too, meaning I slept unusually well during my stay! The roof terrace was a lovely spot for breakfast, and all the staff were polite, helpful and welcoming.

The shower cubicle was very small, even for a fairly slight woman, and I think a larger man might find it a bit awkward. Plus, the shower head just sort of blasted a narrow jet of water at the top of my head rather than a proper spray. This really was the only down side though, and worth putting up with for the affordable price of the room.

Great location, just a short distance from main Rome attractions. Room nr. 406 was to the yard and it was quite at night. Room was spacious, with no TV (but as we checked on confirmation there was not offered TV, but only cable channels, if we brought TV with us we might see cable channels :) ) Breakfast was more than expected, not only croissant and cappucino, but there also was tomato, cucumber, cheese, ham, egg, cereals and TEA, that made us happy!!!!!! Nice breakfast terrace. We were allowed to leave our luggage for a few hours after check out at last day. Very kind people at reception.

Extremely thin walls, we could hear neighbors peeing, and singing in shower (actually lady had nice voice!). And some kind of air conditioning or etc. unit on the roof made loud noises, luckily it switched off at 11pm High humidity.
