Hotel was in a perfect location, minutes away from Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Very close to both metro and bus stops. There was a good choice of bars and restaurants around the piazza. We can recommend La Botte Antica, for an authentic Italian experience - turn right out of the hotel. Key pad entrance was very convenient and intructions/ communication to gain entrance was very good. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage . Room was very clean and cleaned daily. Snacks and toiletries were appreciated. As was the safe and small fridge.

Bathroom needs renovating. It was clean but basin was cracked and shower door fell off the runner if closed fully. The stairs were hard work after a long days sightseeing but not a problem. We knew about them before we booked

The property is in a fantastic location. Everything is walkable although we did get a taxi to the Vatican. The square it is in is vibrant and it’s just down the road from lots of shops. It’s about 4 mins walk from the Trevi Fountain. Inside the property was lovely and things like tea and biscuits were replenished every day. Bathrooms were spotless and very large. We had an upstairs bedroom section which was lovely

There was 110 steps up to it. This wasn’t a major problem for myself and my family, but If you struggle with mobility this would be difficult. It got a lot easier by the end to do!

The room was very spacious and clean. The AC was already on which was wonderful since it was extremely hot in Rome when we arrived. We did not have to wait at all for the room to be ready and the staff was very friendly. The bathroom was really big, the bed was comfortable. The queen bed felt like it was a king. We were able to store our luggage there after check out while we explored Rome before our late flight.

It's not so much that I didn't like it, but more that it was a little strange that there was almost no one available in reception. We ran into staff only twice, however, later we understood that there was really no need for staff because they respond right away through text on whatsapp. The place is very safe and we were able to store our belongings there even with minimal staff everything was secure.

Apartment is at the excellent location. Just come out of the station and you will get the main market or happening place and you can see the apartment. They have arranagement for early check out and you can leave your luggage at their reception. Rooms are big, bathrooms are big. Enough towels and things they have provided.

Apartment is on 4th floor and there is no elevator, being a tourist with family, I had four bags and it is very difficult to move all luggage to 4th floor. Google is not showing the location correct, though it is at main area. But difficult to find it.

The location of this place compared to value is pretty awesome. They are also very organized in logistics, you can self check in and there's no way to get lost, they give you instructions carefully and also I meet one of the guys at reception and he was very cool person and even gave us recommendations for the city.

Sadly for the building, there is no elevator available. If it wasn't for that this would be perfect stay. But they do let you know. Rooms are not that big, but we were there just for a couple of days and it was just fine for us.

Great location: Metro and bus Stops are right outside the building, trevi fountain/spanish steps etc are 5-7 min walk. Lots of cafes, bars, bistro to eat at. Rooms are small and on the third floor with no lift, it wasn’t an issue for us but it might be for some people. Everything was clean, rooms were serviced every day and fresh towels were provided. The reception team do everything via WhatsApp as there was no to speak with in person, but they are responsive and helpful on WhatsApp. All in all it was a great location, value for money, clean and tidy room.

Great host with amazing communication and a perfect location. All directors for check in were easy to follow and hosts were very helpful with helping us with reservations. Place was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. Location is super, easy to walk to many places with Metro 1 min away. We stayed for 4 night as a family of 4 and had a perfect experience. One thing to mention that its a walk up without elevator and you need to bring your shampoo and conditioner.

The location was pefect. It was epecially convenient for the metro and bus stops. It was as exceptional clean. The room had everything we needed including a fridge, a kettle and air con. This was our second time staying here as we enjoyed our stay last time.

The shower was on the small side but it was powerful and hot. The steps to the hotel were hard work especially when we carrying our cases but we knew about them in advance and they didn't stop us booking for a second time

The apartment had two floors so was very spacious. Everywhere was clean and the man who greeted us when we arrived was lovely. I would and have recommended it to people and would book again!

The WiFi wasn't great which was fine for my son and I as we had data but my two younger tweens didn't and couldn't connect 95% of the time. It is clear in the listing but be sure you can manage stairs if staying here - 109 steps up to our apartment! I was sad not to get a balcony room but I didn't specify or request when booking so that's on me not them.

Location is good, close to a metro and main places. Our Suite was big, air-conditioner was good. They cleaned our room every day.

Around 100 stairs to the room without elevator. The room a bit old and need some refresh.
