the location and the suite itself were great. lots of space

never managed to get the tv working. the air con in the main bedroom was barely working but it was fine in second bedroom. the storage company suggested was a distance from the apartment and they found it difficult to find a taxi for us to get to the apartment- our duty free went missing between storage and apartment and despite ‘looking for it’ it wasn’t found. cleanliness wasn’t the best, other people’s belongings left in second bedroom under the bed, decorating looking a little tired.

We were in the Junior Suite which was exactly as pictured. Beautiful room with plenty of space, an outside terrace and super large bathroom. Eduardo, the agent, was promptly available to check us in and very helpful. The location was excellent - very central to all the local sights and historical attractions - 8/10 mins walk from Pantheon and Trevi Fountain - local metro service just across the road - buses and taxis easily available. Lovely shops and cafes around the square - fabulous cake shop just below at street level :o) The Suite itself was very secure, accessible by the lift and a lovely view out onto the Piazza Barberini with its gorgeous fountain. Nice to have a kitchen with all accessories, sink, fridge, cutlery, dishes, kettle, coffee maker. Local shop/small supermarket only 100 yards away to the right on the same side of the road with good selection of breads and food.

It would have been a nice gesture to have tea/coffee/milk/sugar provided after long journey (only 3/4 coffee pods, no sugar and a rhubarb and liquorice tea bag !). Just a few niggles (snags list !) really but The kitchen sink was a little untidy and needed proper sealer fixing around it. The shower door leaked a little as the drip strip kept detaching; one of the bathroom sinks was wonky.

The room was very spacious, particularly compared to other places in the area. Everything was extremely clean. The bathroom was large and water was warm. There were plenty of amenities like coffee, and drink ware, and the iron for clothes. I liked the window which I could open fully with a beautiful view of the fountain. I enjoyed watching and hearing the activity below. The room was also very secure and safe feeling. It was also nice to be close to so many things including the food choices. I loved being short walk from the Trevi Fountain, the Seven Spanish Steps, the beautiful park, and even walked easily to the Roman Colosseum and Forum. It was an exceptional room at a great price.

There was a little wear and tear, along the bottom of the wall and edge of the bed frame was marked but it was not a big deal. It might be nice to get a business card sized reminder of the codes. I returned from a long day of walking to the colosseum and forum and my phone died. I remembered 2022# but not the room door knob code. I had to go to the local market and get a phone charger and recharge my phone in the hallway to get in. It was preventable on my part but I card could be useful.

The apartment was located exactly in Piazza Barberini—just steps from the metro station and a short walk to the Spanish Steps, which made it incredibly convenient. The check-in office was not on-site, so we had to walk to a separate location, but the staff were flexible with timing and had the room ready early, which we appreciated.

One suggestion: adding a mirror in the room or closet area would make it much more comfortable, especially when the bathroom is in use.

Great hospitality from the host. Ahmed was very nice and even provide us some drinks and snacks on arrival as complimentary. The housekeeping guy was also superb, attentive and trying his best to help as much. Overall, the service is good as they tried their best to accomodate of my requests. Highly recommended place. 😀

I didn't know the deluxe room chose by me, is more of like hotel room. I thought it was apartment with microwave and cutlery with bowl. My bad. But not much of an issue. Just informing everyone, who wanted a kitchenette area, should have chose Junior Suite of their room, as I made a mistake. 😅

Fantastic location, huge room, beautifully decorated. Huge TV. Responsive staff via whatsapp, although we didn’t have any issues or questions after an effective check in. Ideal for family, might be less suitable for younger children. Would stay again.

Expected road noise consistent with a city centre location, partly as windows to front need repair. Minor areas need repair. Thin walls to neighbours

The location was superb. Communication with the team was excellent. The room was very clean and spacious. The building felt very safe and secure.

Despite it saying the it was sound-proof, it was quite noisy. It was not the noise from the traffic etc outside as that was expected but the noise coming from the room next door. They seemed to be having a party and the noise travelled easily.

Great location, close to sighseeing points and Metro. Also a good area to grab food if you didn´t want to go far.

The second room should have propper beds not a couch. The cleaning was not done on all the days we asked for the room to be cleaned. Elevator was not working properly

Located almost next door to the metro line, bus stops both local and open top within 100 yards and taxis outside an ideal area. Lots of bars and restaurants in the vicinity, and an easy walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Apartment was beautifully decorated, and very well maintained, with easy and secure access. Ahmed met us punctually as arranged and explained everything thoroughly, he is an asset to the company. It is a very busy vibrant neighbourhood, but the double glazing works extremely well, the air conditioning is very quiet and keeps the rooms at a lovely temperature. We would love to return.

The place is comfortable and the location is perfect. You can go anywhere in town from there. I prefer Taxi because the central location helps making it fast and inexpensive.

In my last day there was a problem in the water heater that left us without hot water during the early evening, making it really difficult for us to get organized with with two kids after a day in 40C temperature. The administration was fast in responding though, and the hot water was recovered in about two hours.
