Excellent location, very close to the metro, with many restaurants and sights in walking distance. Simone was very helpful letting us check in a bit early (which was handled remotely - he sent us the door codes and had the rooms ready). The rooms were very clean. A pleasant breakfast of fruit, toast and scrambled eggs (and cake if you wanted it!) was served each morning.

The air conditioning can’t be turned on by the occupants of the rooms, only centrally. If you need air con be aware you should give a bit of notice. It’s probably on routinely in high summer

Location was great! The property was very close to everything. It was a few minutes from Trevi Fountain. It was also close to Piazza Navona. We walked everywhere. We also walked a few minutes and made it to Piazza Spagna to see the Spanish Steps. Simone and his aunt were very attentive. Breakfast was served every morning, keyless entry made it easy to come and go. Simone left us clear instructions on how to get inside our first day. Overall, the stay was wonderful!

This Place is a very good option if you want to see most attractions of Rome, it is well connected by Metro, Bus and Walking... Simone and Barbara were very helpful and friendly!

Two things that are not major issues... for people with walking problems this property is challenging, there is some walking to get there and also the toilet was not working well.

Simone made us the most wonderful breakfasts each morning. When you came to the café area, there was a plate of fruit and some bruschetta waiting for you. Simone then made eggs, or had an egg dish ready for you to eat. The location was great for us. We made use of the Rome Metro system, and there is a stop a couple of blocks from the B&B.

We had a little issue with checking in, but it all worked out well. It was quite humorous in retrospect.

Really enjoyed our 6 night stay here, great central location to get to everything easily, close to the metro so was easy journey from the airport to guesthouse. Nothing to fault, very clean, everything we needed and host responded to and sorted our requests promptly. Friendly helpful host. Decent breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

The property was clean, modern and had everything we needed. Simone was so welcoming and they made a perfect breakfast to start off the day…the bruschetta was deliziosa!

Absolutely nothing at all…I think the only thing I’d have liked is if there was an extra pillow for each person. I struggled a little with only one pillow, but other than that I have zero complaints, I will definitely stay there again 😊

The accommodation was located just one street above the main road, which made it absolutely perfect! A short walk and you were right in the middle of the buzz, yet no noise or commotion could be heard in the room. In the mornings, there was an excellent freshly prepared breakfast, and the rooms were spacious and clean. We were very satisfied!

Excellent location. The rooms were fairly clean, but the bathroom was not.

Old buildings. The rooms were fairly clean, but the bathroom was not. It is a small apartment, not a hotel. We spent half an hour finding the location as there was no sign. The elevator was a very small and scary cage. Our room was on the second floor, accessible by narrow staircases.

The host was superb, as soon as we went in to the minute that we left. Location was very central and close to everything you will need. Accommodation was comfortable providing to all your needs. Note apartment is on the first floor, if you are with young toddlers/babies ask the host to help you with luggages and or stroller as lift is tight ( most old buildings are that way). Breakfast Amazing, WiFi very good coverage and strength. Super clean all across the venue.

The property situated very close to the city center. Short walk to every place. Simeone was super kind. Comfortable bathroom.

Our room was a bit noisy. Probably the neighbours were loud above. The room was pretty dark too as the small window was facing to the inner garden. Some hairs were on the sheets which was very dissappointing.
