We had a lovely stay at the hotel! The location was truly excellent — just 6 minutes to Trevi Fountain, 3 minutes to Barberini metro station, and about 12 minutes to Piazza Navona and the Spanish Steps. Everything was within walking distance, which made our time in Rome so easy and enjoyable. The hotel is on the second floor, and the elevator was fully functional, which we appreciated. The room was cleaned every day, fresh towels were provided, and everything felt tidy and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and we were very comfortable throughout our stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches — complimentary snacks and water were replenished daily, and there was a coffee machine with capsules available in the room. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and especially its excellent location. Thank you!

If we had to mention any downsides, there were a couple of small things: we noticed a bug in the room, which made us a bit uncomfortable, and there wasn’t a large wardrobe or surface to place our belongings. There was a small closet, but a larger storage space would have been helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Avignonesi Suite - CA Domus Collection and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist girl went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, Location is excellent, all the main attractions are walkable, No idea why people below reviewed so negative .

I think that it would be a lot better if someone was at the entrance to take you to your room, the self check in was a little bit tricky for us

Our stuff was moved out of.our room and we were locked out of the room we had been staying in.for 2 nights due to a mix up with the company they were using to book and the owner. Everything was sorted in the end

Staff: Polite and friendly staff. Room: Great room for two. Spacious enough with a bathroom. Also, they are cleaning the room every day. Location: Amazing location from where you can quickly access all the favorite spots in Rome. Since you are at the center of the city.

The location is very good. Coffee and snacks are also provided. The room is clean. But the bathroom is a small. The staff provide good service, even though they haven't met each other, but they always give advice.

There is no nameplate indicating the hotel, the first time is very hard to find, not sure if it is.

Nice,large room in a very centralized point of Rome. Very good access to subway,buses. Good restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. Very helpful assistance via Whatsup. Very friendly cleaning lady😊Was also nice to have the opportunity to have a cup of coffee in the morning-thanks to the Nespresso machine in the hall.

Location, cleanliness, and staff

Although GPS takes you right by the building is a bit confusing finding it. Also, if you’re looking for a place with city views this is not it although i highly recommend booking regardless as location and property are good.

As a Senior I found the techie stuff daunting this hotel is good for millennials who know their tech stuff. Having no front desk was a bit difficult. But the location is very good and if you want to feel Rome life stay in their suites. There is no breakfast since they don't have a dining hall
