Location was excellent, close to Trevi fountain, we either walked or got buses easily to all main attractions. There was a laundry service and supermarket on the same street. The room was comfortable, good size with comfy bed and good A/C. Easy metro ride to central station.

The description and photos did not match the room. It is not a separate bedroom as described, it is one room. When I questioned this I was told that the living room and bedroom don’t always have a door (or a wall in our room). The photo showed a kitchen with hot plate and description that you can cook. The kitchen in room did not have this. I questioned because we wanted to cook. We were directed to a ‘kitchen’ in the hallway which I was embarrassed to use. The staff provided cooking utensils promptly. The room description and kitchen photo should be changed.

The open bathroom was a bit strange & not a good setup for travelling friends..ok for couples..

Trendy beautifully decorated rooms. Fabulous amenities. Great location, an easy walk to a lot of attractions. Cute little restaurants close by which we frequented a lot during our stay. Would definitely stay at Unica Suites again when in Rome.

This is not a criticism, merely a suggestion. Whilst the room was well furnished, we asked to have the ottoman at the end of the bed removed to create a bit more room to move - otherwise it could have been a little cramped. The hotel staff were very accommodating with this.

The location was excellent, very easy to get to most of the main sites like Fontana di Trevi, the Spanish Steps, Pantheon and Piazza Navona. We were only a five minute walk to Barberini Metro station and this made it easy to access areas further out from the centre. Equally we were able to get buses from Barberini too. The suite was very comfortable, good beds and spacious. Having a lift was great for the suitcases. The Reception staff were helpful and organised a taxi for us on our last day. I would stay there again.

There were plenty of lights in the room but the overall effect was fairly dark, that said, the bathroom was well lit. The airconditioning is centrally controlled so when we first arrived it was 26 degrees in our room which felt very warm. Following a discussion with the staff at Reception they cooled it down. It would be better if each room could individually control their temperature.

The room was a good size for a suite with two queen beds and the facilities were really good - simple kitchenette with tea and coffee facilities and small fridge. Bathroom was immaculately clean and had good water pressure. The hotel was in a good location - lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance and just a short 5-10min walk to the Trevi Fountain and a little further to the Pantheon. The staff were friendly and very helpful carrying our bags up to the hotel room on the first floor (only stairs).

Lovely apartment very well located. Walked to many landmarks and used the nearby metro to go further afield. Really appreciated the terrace to have lunch or a drink when returning from sightseeing. As females traveling together we felt very safe in the apartment due to the configuration of a door to the annex where our apartment was located behind another door.

In the living area the fold out bed was very close to the wall on one side. Perhaps better suited to teenagers or young adults. Surprised not to find a bottle opener in the otherwise fully functional kitchenette. Neither of these small issues spoiled our overall enjoyment of the apartment.

We were a family of 2 adults & 1 child. There were cupboards for our clothes & enough plug points to charge our electronics. There was a kettle for making a hot drink & a fridge for our cold drinks. We had a little balcony, but didn't use it as it was November. We did open the balcony door to let the fresh air in for abit, which was nice. We were very close to the Trevi Fountain & after walking around Rome for 2 days felt we were in a really good, central location. We walked to & from the main train station (about 20 mins), and we used the Metro once, which was about a 7-10 min walk away. The rooms were very quiet & we couldn't hear our neighbours. We were able to leave our luggage at reception after we checked out on our last day.

The shower door didn't have frosted glass, so people in the room could see into the shower. The toilet had a separate door which was good.

Everything was perfect! The staff at the reception desk was very kind and helpful to any requests that we had, even with a last-minute modification. The room was quite big, and we had fresh towels every day! The Nespresso machine and the (free) capsules were great to start our day before we went to explore the city. The location was also very good as it is very central and close to popular landmarks but also to the metro station. We hope to come back!!

Fan in the room as was too hot at night Other options for tv as 99% of channels were italian Milk in the fridge would have been helpful

Lovely family room with 1.5 bath and a terrace. Our housekeeper was lovely and did a great job. Staff were very helpful after we checked out helping to search for a lost item of property.

Location up a street on a hill at the end of a long day of walking was a bit annoying. Would have been great to have some kind of breakfast offering, or a deal with a local cafe.
