Excellent location. A few minutes walk to Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Very comfortable beds and a clean, spacious room. The air conditioning was great. Safe and secure building with electronic locks on the main entrance and the apartment area.

No elevator to get to the apartment so we had to carry our luggage upstairs but it wasn't much of an issue.

The hotel location is soooo perfect near the trevi fountain and the steps also all shops and restaurants are around you. The room is so comfortable l, nice, clean. toilets are clean and new the workers clean the room daily. It is very suitable for a family. You need a taxi from Rome train station but other than that you don't need taxi easy access to metro bus and everything

Location in the main reason to stay at this property. You are minutes away from the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Also 4 minutes away from the metro and taxi stand. The staff was good at giving directions how to get checked in. The check in office is not at the property so they sent a video on on to get the keys to get in the property.

The bathroom had mold in it. Shower water was spraying all over the floor in the bathroom because there was no glass or curtain to retain it in.

The location is wonderfull. The room was so clean as the cleaning staff is perfect. Riccardo is very helpfull, we co operated with him with Whatsapp when we need. The building is 3 minutes to Barberini Metro Station (which is 2 station far away from Rome Termini). Also it was 2,3 minutes to Fontana Di Trevi, 5 minutes to Pantheon and max 10 minutes to Piazza Novana, etc.. Let's put it this way we loved this place so much. It was our second time in Rome. If we travel to Rome in future again, we absolutely choose Trevi Portrait again😎

An excellent location (you can't beat it), great choice for breakfast with a beautiful view - gives an inspiration for the day ahead. Small 5-10 min walk from historic apartment block to the main hotel /breakfast area, but the walking root is lovely, so doesn't cause any inconvenience - on the contrary! Stayed with my 10 years old and he absolutely enjoyed it. Staff absolutely amazing, helpful and welcoming.

Great location, 10 min walk to Trevi Fountain, less than 30 mins to some major architectural goodies. No Breakfast but coffee machine and kettle /t-bags. mini fridge. so we could have yogurt, fruit, milk, beer etc.

Room we had was facing the street and not the internal courtyard which would have been nice. (See pic). A bit noisy at times but hey, you're in the centre of Rome. Night was quieter, so managed to get refreshed for the next days events. Comfortable bed and clean sheets. room was cleaned every day.

The location is amazing. A few minutes walk to Fontana di Trevi and Pantheon. Everything is within walking distance. Riccardo is very helpfull and available. We stayed in room 3 and had no problem with cold showers as mentioned in other comments. The room got cleaned every day.

I really liked the location, right next to the Trevi Fountain and the Barberini Metro. Thank you also very much for the recommendation for dinner - Hostaria Romana. It was perfect (just a few metres from the apartment). The room is spacious and cosy.

Very nice stay. Good location. Staff were friendly. However when I first got there, I didn’t know where to go exactly. There should be a big sign that says where it is and the keys/passcode should be more accessible.

Fabulous location, walking distance to everything. Nice restaurants across the road and a 5 min stroll to more restaurants on the way to the Trevi fountain. Host was really responsive to any questions on WhatsApp.

Very basic, but great for the price.
