Staff were super helpful at the check-in site, with maps/directions, taxi app suggestions and hop-on hop-off bus tour info. We were able to leave our bags securely before check-in time and explore to maximise our stay. We also enjoyed the location.

A few wear and tear repairs needed - our lovely curtains were hanging off the window in a few places and the bedside lamps were damaged. We thought the floor tiles were really dirty but I scrubbed them and no dirt came off!? Must just be the tile colour! Carrying our bags up and down the stairs but we were aware of this and was a bit of a work-out!

The room was very well located in the center of Rome, just a short walking distance from the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and many shops. The location made it easy to explore the city on foot. While we did walk a lot, the distances were reasonable compared to other areas in Rome. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and remained private during our visit. The price was also very reasonable, especially given that we booked on short notice. Overall, it was a great stay and we would recommend this place.

There is no elevator and its on the second floor you should take that into consideration, especially because of the luggage

The location was great, allowing easy access to many points of interest. The room was spacious, well-ventilated, and comfortable to sleep in. Communication with the host was smooth, and they provided the necessary support and follow-up to ensure we had no issues during check-in and check-out.

The only challenge was the check-in process. Picking up the key at a different hotel can be a bit tricky if you're short on time. Although the instructions were sent to us in advance, it’s something to keep in mind when planning your arrival.

The room was so spacious, the toilets are clean and fully equipped with soap, tissue and shampoos. The Aircon is working properly and there are 3 locks (main door, lounge area and room door). Hence, the room feels secured. The room is equipped with a vault, television, refrigerator and hair dryer. Very good quality for the price and the location which is just a few minutes walk to the trevi fountain and the bus stations/metro.

The check in area is in a separate hotel (but its just 2 streets away. Hence, we dont really mind). Might be a bit tricky to find the hotel since there is just a small sign on the door. Also the hallway upon entering is a bit dirty, but other than that the main area is clean.

Beautiful location in the historical center. Fast check in, Mr. Diego at the reception was very professional. And an early check in was a pleasant surprise! We had a very big room and a comfy bed. Fresh breakfast (included) was more than enough. Also signora Maria packed our breakfast for the early leaving on the lat day. Very kind and polite staff, thanks again everyone for our comfortable stay! Hoping to come back soon!!😊

Location excellent, if used to walking, could walk to most places apart from Vatican perhaps. Lots of nice restaurants around . Very clean, nice hot showers. Fresh towels each day. Breakfast room staff pleasant.

Room was very small but OK for a few nights as out much of the time. Think it was 305. Breakfast was not like the pictures on here but OK. Lots of pictures need updating as not what we saw. Restaurant just outside has changed name.

Excellent location!!! Middle of Rome! I might want vegetables and salad for breakfast, but I understand that we are in Italy with different traditions.

Location was great. Close to LOTS of things. I would stay there again.

Having to change addresses. It was difficult to find the original address given in the booking. The email I received with the new address came after the taxi had dropped me at that address. I then had to walk to the "new address." It was hard to tell where I was or what I was supposed to do to get in.

Location is perfect. Staff is friendly and useful. Breakfast was included. Only positives for the price!

Stairs are mandatory and breakfast is close to second floor room doors, so depending on type of trip, the hotel might be different from what one would be looking for, but the hotel description and website made it very clear what to expect.

We had a problem with electricity. It went down one night, about 2 o'clock. There was nobody to contact for help, the air-conditioner stopped, and there was no hot water. We had to wait for some time in the morning.
