It was so clean. Receptionist Mrs. Gina was very kind and cheerful. Bathtub was prepared prior to our arrival. That was the culmination of our experience of Rome.

I liked everything.

Me and my husband were there for 2 nights only, but everything was amazing. Super clean and cute room, the bed was really comfortable, even for my picky husband 😅 location is great, only few minute walk to Di Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps, and about 15min to Colosseum. All the staff was really nice and helpful. There was some misunderstanding while booking, but everything was cleared out and they even upgraded our room to Sauna Suite. We loved our stay and would definitely go back. Thank you! 😍

The staff were exceptional very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. The room was cleaned daily lovely to come back to a beautifully made up bed. The location was great and safety of room and belongings not a concern which is important.

The room was incredibly spacious and everything so gorgeous, including the view out onto the gardens. The location was perfectly central for exploring the city, and the staff so friendly and accommodating. The best place we stayed at all trip, well worth it!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent, only a 15min walk from Roma Termini, so easy to get there. The room was comfortable and stylish, and the staff— Gina and Thea—were absolutely amazing. Cheerful and helpful, they made us feel genuinely welcome. Our family room was located near the reception, so we occasionally heard some people talking, but it was minimal and didn’t bother us and overall it was very quiet although it is located at the center. The room itself was great : spacious, two very comfortable king-size beds, a sauna we all enjoyed, and lights that could be changed to soft purple and green ambient Iighting, creating a calming atmosphere after our busy days. 👍

Location was great. Right next door to national gallery. Room was spacious and plush with a HUGE spa bath. The staff were excellent and so friendly and helpful.

We are so happy we found this little gem of a hotel for our family visit to Rome. It's very central, being less than a 10 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and just seconds from the beautiful Quattro Fontane, yet it's nice and quiet. The hotel is about a 3 minute walk from Piazza Barberini Tritone. The rooms are very spacious with high ceilings and great air conditioning which we were very glad of. We had room 204 which was big enough for a family of 4. The beds were HUGE and very comfortable. The sauna in the room was a really nice treat, although we didn't get to use it much as it was over 30C when we were there! The staff at the front desk were a joy, so friendly and helpful, always with a bright friendly greeting as we passed. Gina who was on the front desk most days during our stay was a ray of friendly sunshine every morning. Our daughters keep commenting about how friendly she was. We arrived very late on a Friday night so we used their virtual check in process. The staff sent me instructions and a video beforehand via WhatsApp and we had no issues at all, it was perfectly simple and hassle free. We were also given a number to call in case we has an issue, but we were fine. I would highly recommend the Escape Luxury Suite for a visit to Rome.

Great location. Easy to find. The road sidewalk was a bit steep but manageable. Just be aware if carrying heavy luggage. Rooms are on the second floor, but there is an elevator. Check-in was easy, and the young lady was very helpful. The room is very nice, clean, and comfortable.

Fridge stocked with beverages of water and soda but not included. A credit card is taken at checkin to charge if you take anything. With the price you are paying, a guest should be able to have water or soda included. Although the bathroom is very nice, the shower is designed with no closing door, so water does get on the floor, making it very slippery.

The room size was amazing, it was huge, the location was great considering the dump location we came from by the Terminal. The location was safe to walk around without feeling like you were going to get robbed. The bathroom was a great size and clean. The front desk staff were so sweet and super helpful! She even booked us a transport to the airport. I would come back here for a girls trip for sure!

The front AC made a constant humming noise and it really did not cool much. There was a second unit as well that also did not cool much. The toilet also kept running if the button was stuck. I wish the sauna room was not right by the reception desk. Or at least there was a TV on the back corner bed for more privacy. Every morning I could hear all the commotion of people checking out.

We always return to Escape Luxury Suites when visiting Rome—it’s our home away from home. This charming boutique hotel consistently impresses us, but this stay was especially memorable thanks to Gina and Thea. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel truly cared for from the moment we arrived. We also noticed and appreciated the positive changes under the new management. The overall experience has been elevated with thoughtful improvements and added services that make a real difference. Escape continues to be the perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and personalized service—we can’t wait to come back!
