This place is very well located, right in the center of Rome and allows you to go walking to the major Rome attractions. The complimentary service offered of coffee and biscuits is really great! The room was comfortable and very clean. Staff is great! The communication by whatsApp is really useful.

The bathroom is very small. Because it is in the center of Rome, there is a lot of noise even at night, so it is not easy to relax and to have a good night sleep if you are sensitive to noise.

We loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. The girls at the reception are incredibly helpful and friendly. It was my husband's 50th birthday so it was a special occasion for us, they made it all extra special. A small cake was waiting for us in the room! They are always reachable by whatsapp. There is a mobile device in every room with internet connection so that you can use it while visiting the city without paying for roaming. I have never seen anything like this. They start sending you advice before you even get to Rome so you have all the information you need beforehand and also if you fill the form you will be checked-in before you even step inside the hotel. This is a small hotel but the rooms are very comfortable and much bigger than I was expecting. The free coffe bar at the reception is so very useful. They have a fridge full of complimentary milk and juice, coffee, tea, and cookies on the counter as well as a Nespresso milk foamer in the room. The hotel is very very clean, it is spotless and the bed and the pillows are very comfortable. Even the complimentary toileteries in the room are very well chosen. The location is impeccable as it is just 3-4 minutes of walking distance to Trevi Fountain! So you walk by the Trevi in the morning when you go out and in the evening when you come back! What more can you ask for? What's more is that it is also about 8-10 minutes walk from the Spanish Steps! Also, there are a lot of cafés, restaurants and small boutiques when you just step outside. We loved loved loved everything about this place. Thank you again, we are never looking for another place to stay in Rome!

I think this is the best deal in Rome. There is nothing that we didn't like about this place.

The place is well located. They offer free water and coffee all day and assistance in anything you need. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the room was cleaned daily. We would definitely stay here again.

We arrived late at night when the front office isn't manned. They forgot to give us the code for the front door and we were stuck outside for a while. Mistakes happen - it's part of life. The important thing is owning up to your mistakes and making amends. The owner and staff did more than we expected in trying to make up for that misshap, and I'm sure they will do everything they can to insure things like this don't happen again

Albergo Delle Regioni is an excellent 3 star property. The staff service is excellent and better than any 5 star hotel I have stayed. The staff helped plan my meals, made reservations and assisted me with my plans. The location is excellent and you can walk to many sites in a few minutes - Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon and Piazza Navona. The hotel is also a 3 min walk to the metro station. The room is tidy, clean, comfortable and updated. The hotel also provided me with an Italian cell phone which was convenient when I needed to make local and international calls as well as use Google maps or the internet. The lobby area has plenty of coffee and tea and biscuits, which you can access 24/7.

The rooms are a little small and you can hear everything next door.

Near everything - perfect location and no noise from outside even though it’s right there off a Main Street. So clean and daily cleaning as well. Staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable assisted us finding whatever we needed during our trip and communication was great.

A really lovely little place in the heart of Trevi, Rome. I booked the Standard Double Room and it was the perfect size for me. It had so many great and unexpected little touches - bar fridge, excellent hair dryer, portable and central heating, bathroom scale, portable Samsung comms unit for making calls, maps etc, extra blankets - definitely more than most much more expensive hotels would offer. The fully stocked complimentary drinks station in the lobby was a real treat! What makes Albergo 10/10 though, is the staff. They are outstanding!!! From the day before arrival with clear communication on Whatsapp to the most friendly and warm welcome and any help required at any time...they are AMAZING! Highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

Best staff i have seen in my life with texting by whatsapp since my landing in Rome till reaching the hotel with full info by whatsapp and during/after staying still guiding me they looks like a accompanying touristic guide with you . Room is small but clean ,liked the 24 hours free drinks and coffee , almost 5 minutes walking to Trivi fountain but abit more walk to central train station about 20-25 minutes walking . Liked the pasta package gift on the bed ,really wonderful two managers ladies

It is an old house but well renovated , but Room wall are not isolated so you can hear noises of opening and closing doors any time but hotel location itself is not noisy

This was our first trip to Italy and as luck would have it, our first hotel was in Rome at the Albergo delle Regioni Barberini! Immediately upon arriving to the hotel we were greeted by Fabiana and Fabio! The fabulous duet assisted us with our bags right out of the taxi. They were articulate and well organized with the check in process. There was a nice kitchenette area stocked with coffee, cookies, refrigerated beverages and a Nespresso machine. Very thoughtful for the guests. Loved the box of pasta made in Italy in our room. Our economical room overlooked the busy streets of Rome. But with the windows closed the noise drowned out some. The beds were moderately comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We stayed at the Albergo hotel for two nights before traveling to Sorrento and Capri to stay at two other hotels. The experience at Albergo delle Regioni was the best out of them all! Sabina and Fabiana were so kind and knowledgeable about the area. Fabiana helped guide us to all attractions, and answered all of our questions in person and on WhatsApp. They even got us toothpaste and a body sponge upon request. Fabiana and Fabio made an intimidating train ride to Sorrento a pleasant one by arranging their intern Mateo to guide us to and through the large train station from the hotel. Mateo was also an awesome, kind and helpful young guy! How amazingly generous was that?! Above and beyond customer service, support and satisfaction! We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel is in the center, it has nice rooms with everything you may need (even umbrellas). It was clean and the personnel was extremely helpful providing us all the information needed. The metro is 3 minutes away from the hotel and the bus stations as well. There are also plenty of places to have your breakfast and your lunch. The hotel was giving you the possibility to make your coffee/tea and have juice for free whenever you may wish.
