Location

Staff not accommodating. Hotel could be cleaner. They put us in a room that was very old and worn out ,air conditioning did not work. Had to complain to managment.they moved us to a modern part of the hotel. Very old building with very old elevator.

Brilliant and friendly staff who showed so much kindness, care and consideration. Everyone I talked to in person, on the phone or through messages were so lovely and couldn’t have been any more kinder and helpful! As we were arriving after check in times, the staff sent us perfect instructions on where the building and room was located, what code to use, and where to find the key to open the room. Mia Suites gave written instructions and photos to show us- really appreciated this! Mia Suites was a lovely hidden gem located in great proximity to some of the local attractions, and within a reasonable walking distance! Clean, comfortable room at a very reasonable price for a family of four at peak times in summer! The lift was one of my favourite things- cute and quirky! Would definitely stay here again when we return to Rome! Thank you!

The fridge didn’t work too well, but everything else met or exceeded any expectations we had!

Our room was clean and large enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The bed was comfy and clean. We had a fridge to store our drinks. The shower was amazing and we had plenty of towels. The room was cleaned everyday and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very basic, boiled egg, ham, cheese, bread and cereal but the kids liked the croissants. The fresh coffee was delicious and it was a good start to the day. The location is fantastic with the Spanish steps one way and the trevi fountain the other way.

The entrance is not the best and it’s a little confusing with one desk dealing with a few apartments. Mia Suites is on the 2nd floor. Up the stairs or the lift which was as old as the building

Very poor breakfast, hot water was not available all the times. There was no sitting in common area in the reception to wait for my taxi. Elevator was old, and needed special handling, that some guests did not follow and as a result, ie the elevator, was on 2nd floor and could come down, as the doors were not properly closed, by previous passengers. So we had to go up, by the stairs.

When we arrived a mistake was made and we received a 4 person bedroom instead of a 5 person room. They solved this very professionally and they offered us various options to choose from, and we chose 2 rooms instead that were close to each other. The staff is very friendly and experienced, we got a lot of tips and do's and dont's in Rome. The hotel is super well located and an easy walking distance to all main attractions. For the avid walker even the Vatican is in reach.

Besides the surprise of the wrong room, which was really well solved. Maybe the already good breakfast could have some more savoury options and different breads. Also we were received at the reception of another hotel, which caused some confusion at first, but was well explained and also is the most accessible from the ground level, saving some flights of stairs/elevator with the bags before check-in.

The room is comfortable big, the beds are comfortable. The shower is big enough with good pressure on the water and always hot water. Cleaning service every day changing the towels without asking them to do it. The staff is very helpful and always there to help you. The firtsbdayvwe arrived. The air-condition wasn't working properly, and they fix it immediately. The location is fantastic 5 minutes walking from Spanish steps. Trevi and via del Corso. Bus and metro station near by even the hob on bus stop close to it. Highly recommend.

The breakfast it was acceptable... could be better.

Awesome location, great rooms, wonderful breakfast

Beds are cheap, smaller beds creaked every time someone moved and were not very comfortable for anyone other than a very small body. Everything else is so nice would recommend making this important part of the offering more comfortable for happier customers

Many things to like ! Location - is good, 7-10mins stroll from Trevi and Spanish steps , the Vatican and Colosseum are about a 35 walk , metro is best if you don’t fancy the walk . If you go up down right or left you have an abundance of shops and choices for food . Accommodation - its exterior is misleading , old rustic charm is the exterior, but each floor is renovated behind its big solid wooden doors, clean modern rooms , breakfast is on different levels depending on where you are staying in the building. Breakfast - is Continental , plenty of choice to start your day . Staff - lovely and Friendly and welcoming, Diego our host couldn’t be more helpful and gave us directions and recommendations. ( other staff were lovely too) Our transfers from Airport to Accommodation (and the return) we booked this through Mia Suites and they were there on time and Comfortable. It is rated 3 star on Booking.com because it’s not a hotel hence the name Mia Suites- But it was 5 star customer service , hospitality , cleanliness and location. I would have no hesitation about recommending them for your stay in Rome. Thank you Diego and staff it was a lovely enjoyable experience ☺️🇮🇹👏👏

There was nothing to dislike .

The staff Diego & Lorenzo at the front desk were top notch. Suzanna handling breakfast alone during the Youth Jubilee deserves a Gold Medal. The room was spacious and clean..Beds, bathroom, breakfast were all great!! I traveled with a 13 y/o, 9 y/o and cranky ex-husband. We all enjoyed the suite & loved the location!! Close to the Metro station too!!

Location location location. If you like being in the city this is a great spot. Easy walk to all attractions.

Confusing names of booking (MIA Suites)versus reception (Rome Kings). Tiny MIA suites name on front door and no reference to Rome Kings at all on front door?? No sign at all for reception inside. Looked like a mixed business location/ office suites and apartments.
