We stayed in the quadruple room, and it was perfect! The room was spacious, clean, and came with plenty of towels. They even provided complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits, which was a lovely touch. The location was unbeatable—11/10! It was close to fantastic restaurants, shops, and iconic landmarks like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The Colosseum was just a 20-minute walk away, and the metro station nearby made it easy to visit Vatican City. The staff were amazing—so friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, which really enhanced our trip. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect location, it was very close to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps - only a 5 min walk. You could even walk to other major tourist attractions like the Pantheon very easily as the accommodation was centrally located. There's also easy access to the subways, with Baberini being the closest stop. This place also has a small lift so you don't have to worry about carrying heavy luggage. There is a shared coffee / kettle table within the reception area that you can only access between 8am and 8pm. The rooms are small-ish for 3 adults plus own suitcases, however it didnt bother us too much as we only needed a place to rest and sleep at night over 5 days. Breakfast is provided by a partnering cafe bar a few minutes away from the hotel. You'll be energised for the day from having breakfast here as they are generous with what they offer.

The toilet smells a bit but it's tolerable. It seems like a common issue across many accommodations in Rome.

Great location - walking distance to most landmarks, however, not too close to the centre that you are stuck in the loud hustle and bustle of Rome. Located on a great street with nice shops. Room was very simple yet nice, and clean. Staff were very friendly

We had a whole family stay, with multiple rooms booked out - unfortunately this property has rooms at 2 different locations which we were unaware of prior to booking. Some family were in another location roughly 7-8 minute walk away and the location of these rooms weren’t as good of a spot as mine at Spagna ave.

Very nice place, located in the heart of Rome, close to everywhere and nearby many locations. Crew is very hospitable especially Luca which provided with everything we needed and was very helpful and nice

There are two locations to this hotel, one of them is the main and another in a completely different building located 5-6 minutes away. We did not know about this when we've made the order and we wanted to stay in the original location, but unfortunately there was no room. This was a disappointment, although the room itself and the surrounding area where lovely

The location is excellent. It’s in the historic centre of Rome, close to Barberini metro station and within comfortable walking distance to some of the main sights (Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Palazzo Barberini and more). The room we had was also spacious especially when comparing to accomodation in other major cities. Rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh towels provides too.

We were placed in the hotel’s separate building - Trevi Contemporary Suites - about a 5 min walk away from the main building. The rooms here are nice but the reception is open for fewer hours and the “grab and go” station (coffee, small snacks etc) was less stocked than the main building. Maybe the hotel should make sure that guests in the separate building are provided with an equal experience in this regard. Other than that no complaints.

Very good location, between the Spanish steps and Fontana di Trevi. There are supermarkets, restaurants and bars around. The hotel is inside an old building and relatively safe. The staff are very enthusiastic and responsible. I like the free kiosks, including coffee, tea, and biscuits, and there are small breads in the morning.

The rooms and the corridor look like being segerated from one large original room. We can tell from the cut ceiling fresco. And therefore the soundproofing is bad.

We had a great stay at Spagna Ave. It is in a great location. We were minutes away from the Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps. Other sites like the Pantheon and the Colosseum were also very close. The hotel is also close to lots of great restaurants and great shopping. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. We loved our room. It was nice and spacious, especially compared to other hotels in Europe. The ceilings on the rooms were also gorgeous. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Location, good communications.

Quite noisy when guests are in adjoining rooms - woken up three nights out of five in the small hours -as much the lack of soundproofing as sometimes inconsiderate guests. Due Macelli is a busy street and the location is terrific but having stayed in Residenza Palazzo Cardinale directly opposite on few occasions, it is much quieter when the windows are closed than Spagna Avenue. If returning would try to avoid Room 106 on account of the street noise.

The design of the rooms is beautiful, it is located at a very nice place in Rome where everything is pretty close. There are a couple of mini markets, clothing stores, restaurants and a Sephora literally a few steps away. The staff was super nice and helpful and let us keep our bags there for a while after we checked out.

The pillows and the mattress were uncomfortable, especially the mattress. It was hard and left me with neck and back pain the rest of the day.

Everything was exceptional! The location is great, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Even though I expected noise during the night since the street is super central, it was surprisingly peaceful and we slept really well. The coffee and tea in the hallway was a nice touch, since you can have a cup in bed at any time of day. Literally everything was just perfect and we had a really nice stay.
