Location

I booked 4 rooms. One of the rooms the air conditioning did not work and they kept giving us one excuse after another telling us it should be set at 24 to work then sending a technician that said because the room had a wall of windows was the reason why it was not working. Then they said it was fixed. Finally by the second day at 5:00pm we demanded another room. Not compensated at all for the air conditioning not working and we had to sleep in a very hot room with window open and bitten by mosquitoes.

Everything was really good. Requested an early checked in and room was ready for us, thank you so much (after a long trip, it’s a treat to be able to rest right away). We got an upgraded room which was spacious and really quiet for been in a busy place as Rome. Breakfast had everything that you could ask for..excellent! The location of this hotel is great …to the right Spanish steps to the left Trevi Fountain. Thank you Trevi Collection for a great stay!

There are a few things that could compliment a four star hotel (not essential but nice) as Kleenex, slippers, bathrobes. It’s a little dated and not luxurious hotel but it’s location is perfect.

Location was fantastic,between Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps.Walking distance to the Colleseum

Smell of drains,breakfast space needed to be reconfigured as it was chaos every morning at every time,people bumping into each other trying to self serve.I thought it was outrageous that my travel companion wasn’t given an electric jug in her room because she was a single.

The hotel is located in a wonderful historic area just at 10 minutes from the train station by walking. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of options.

In general the front desk staff is not as friendly and helpful as expected. A black gentleman and the kitchen team working made the difference. They helped us tremendously during our stay.

We were very lucky because we arrived 4 hours early, and they let us into our room right away! The ladies at the front desk were very helpful with our questions. The other workers were also very friendly whenever you needed something. Great place to stay at, and we would definitely recommend!

Top location in Rome, close to all we needed to see, very good location

We chose this hotel because of the roof top breakfast, but when we arrived, the roof top was under construction. The Airco didn't work and when we asked, the receptionist told us in the whole of Italy they could not activate airco ???

We liked the location, the size of our room and bathroom, the excellent breakfast and staff in the breakfast area. I wouldn't mind staying in this hotel again, but a few improvements could make Trevi Collection Hotel even better. When checking out the receptionist was very helpful with my request.

This 4 star hotel with more than 80 rooms, has only one small lift which is perfectly inadequate for its size. Front desk would operate better with two receptionists especially when guests are checking out in the morning, We were disturbed with loud music, up to very late, coming from an establishment in the area. The only thing that could have been better at breakfast was the typical 'Rosetta' bread roll.

The location is superb and you are at the heart of Rome. The hotel is good and clean

We asked the reception to allow us 1 hour to check out, she did not agree although we checked in very late. Their guest acceptance time is 3 p.m and there would remain 3 hours to clean the room for the next guest. Also there were not many choices for the breakfast. Actually there were a lot of things, but good ones few.

Great location, most of the staff weee very helpful and pleasant to deal with, the exception was Sere on reception desk who was very rude.

Breakfast was not fresh, breads were all stale, food is cooked well in advance eggs and other hot food presented on plates and not kept warm. No fresh fruit available, large selection of cakes which is not ideal for breakfast. Shower was not cleaned properly, soapy residue on shower screen- looks like it’s been there for months.
