It was a perfect stay! We’re so grateful that we came across this b&b. The location is very convenient, 5-10 minutes to Spanish stairs and Trevi fountain, there’s also a metro station and a bus stop nearby. The host lady was incredibly nice. Delicious breakfasts she made for us are the best thing we tried in Rome🥰 We felt safe and cared for. The instructions for the check-in were very clear. We were also allowed to leave our luggage in there after we checked out, so we didn’t have to carry it around the city on our last day there. If we have an opportunity to visit Rome again, we’ll definitely stay there the second time!

Great Location , great room and well serviced

Communication lacking . Since most of us travel with Esims these days , most switched on proprietors communicate ahead of arrival via WhatsApp . There was no advice during the booking that there would be no reception after 1 pm . We arrived at 2 pm and awaited outside the entrance like stunned mullets for at least 30 mins . They actually sent the entrance details via booking.com which I finally noted . Opening the old lift was very confusing . There should be a simple video or equivalent with the booking to show the simple use . It is not intuitive. When we arrived , I really thought we had arrived at laundry but was pleasantly surprised once inside the room .

I love the convenience once I figured out the elevator and the front desk facilities. I love the large room, the decor, I I really loved the bathroom and toilet area. The cleanliness and well taken care off. I liked that we had a window to be able to see outside and enjoy some fresh air. Rosario was very kind and helpful and when I came back in the next evening we had thrown cleaned and beds well made up. I would love to stay there again and would highly recommend anytime.

The only thing I would like to see is some other English speaking channel except for news .

We had an amazing stay at Excellent Trinity Rooms! The customer service was absolutely top-notch — they went out of their way to store our luggage even before our check-in date while we were traveling elsewhere in Italy. This level of hospitality made a big difference in our trip. The location is perfect — very close to the Metro and within walking distance of major attractions like the Trevi Fountain. Super convenient for exploring Rome. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again!

Huge rooms, close to the centre of Rome, near lots of places of interest, large bed, sofa, huge shower, great price, cute old lift, very quirky decor, quiet, accommodating owner. A few very minor niggles but overall excellent value for money in the centre of Rome

Strange assortment of essentials, booked for 2 people, 4 body washes, 1 shampoo, tea and coffee provided but no milk and very little sugar (jar of coffee, around 8 tea bags but only 4 sugar satchets) 1 bottle of water, 🤷‍♂️ shower didn’t work on all functions (but worked as a shower)

Large room, good internet, central location.

No drawers to put anything in. We were there for 5 nights and would have liked to unpack.

Fantastic location in Rome—just a 10-minute walk from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, with the metro station nearby for easy access to other parts of the city. The room was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our one-night stay. The elevator was a great convenience since the room is on the fourth floor. Overall, a well-maintained property in an ideal location, making it easy to enjoy the best of Rome even on a short visit.

Our host, Rosaría, was amazingly helpful with arranging a taxi and making us the most delicious full breakfast. The room was clean and spacious with premium bed linens on a comfortable king size bed. The room was on the 4th floor but accessed with a classic, quiet and efficient elevator. And perfectly located for us near the Borghese Park and Spanish Steps and plaza. The room

Step entry into room is a hazard. I almost tripped when I first entered and my daughter actually fell at night since we weren’t used to the change in floor height. Elevator was not consistently available. For a fourth floor level, that would be difficult going up. Front door is very narrow as only one side is available as an option to open so if you’re lugging luggage and a backpack, etc. it can be a pain.

The location was close to the venues we wanted to visit and very close to the metro. The bed was super comfortable and re-made like new daily! There was coffee (instant but good) available in the room and a small fridge available. The rain shower head had great water pressure. The toilet area is separate from the sink/shower area which is a plus. The lady working the desk spoke very little English but we were able to communicate with a translation app and she was very sweet. She arranged a taxi for us the day we left. Unfortunately, we confirmed ahead of time that they accepted credit cards but he claimed he couldn't read it and wanted us to go into an ATM at the airport which we didn't have time to do. We had been pickpocketed arriving at Termini and felt we were being taken advantage of again. He accepted payment with the US dollars I had in my purse leaving us with minimal cash to travel home with.

We paid ahead for breakfast but our tours were so early we were unable to have breakfast even once as it doesn't begin till 7:30. Italians keep different hours than America! The television is locked with just one volume setting which was too low for us. There is a safe in the room but it is too small to hold items like a laptop. The sink doesn't have a large top surface area but there is a shelf below for additional toiletries. With language barriers we were unable to print our boarding passes ahead of time. We had trouble with our phones while there and didn't want to depend on the electronic ticket. There are no computer/printing capabilities there.
