Location is fine, very close to center and main attractions. We did not use the metro at all. Room is comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and nice! As for breakfast - there is no breakfast in the hotel, but there are a lot of places around where you can find something good.

This is not a quiet neighborhood. We spent two days at the hotel. On Friday everything was fine. But on Sunday night there was very loud music at a club near the hotel, the party didn't end until 2am, and my husband and I couldn't sleep until then. All in all, no rest after a full day of entertainment/touring Rome.

The location is probably one of the best in Rome. The Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Medici House are all within 5-10 min walk. The Barberini metro station is 20m away, which allows you to go to the train station and all other parts of Rome. Colosseum is only a 10 min train station away. The rooms are clean, good size and comfortable. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak English well.

It is a bit on the expensive side, however if location and cleanliness are important to you this is your best bet. Also the staff is not there 24/7. The staff is there 7AM - 11PM, but there is an emergency number.

I liked everything.The location is spectacular, you can walk everywhere ;Right at the door you have buses and the subway. The place has surprised me a lot because it has been a week like being at home ,the staff is incredible. The attention. The cleanliness is very good. We have stayed a very good week in this hotel and very grateful for the help provided at all times . They don't have breakfast but it's also located near shops that you can go down and have everything , but they have a coffee machine with several things , the coffee it’s great 👍 so for me that wasn't a problem.( no breakfast) I hope I can go back to Rome and return to the same hotel, by the way, the mattresses are very good and it is appreciated after a day in the streets of Rome .it’s a really gooood place . 🥰 ahh ,and very fast wifi 👍

Casa Capucci offers a truly special experience. The property is an old convent, and staying in what used to be the monks’ rooms adds a unique and historic charm. The beds are very comfortable, and the atmosphere is peaceful and pleasant. The location is excellent—close to many of Rome’s main tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot. It’s a different kind of stay, full of character, and I would definitely recommend it.

If you’re looking for a luxury stay with high-end amenities, this may not be the place for you. Casa Capucci is simple and modest, but that’s also part of its charm. While it doesn’t offer luxury, it is comfortable, clean, and pleasant. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the overall experience is warm and welcoming.

This hotel was perfect for a 4 day stay in Rome with my son. The metro station is right outside so very convenient for getting around. The room had all we needed with a little fridge so we could buy bread, cheese, ham etc for breakfast. The windows had big wooden shutters making it very quiet at night. The staff were very helpful, letting us leave our luggage when we arrived early and when we checked out. There are some cafes nearby for breakfast and we found loads of great cafes on route to the Trevi fountains.

Nothing. One thing they could add would be usb sockets but this is minor.

Efficient service, responsive. All staff are friendly, some just more so than others. Loved its location right next to the Palazzo Barberini was perfect for my trip to Caravaggio 2025. Also within 30 minutes walk to most of Rome's popular attractions. Metro stop steps away. Plenty of dining options nearby. If you have some time to kill, the crypts tour in the church next door is good. Discount is offered. Discounts also offered from nearby restaurants to hotel guests. Be sure to ask.

Rooms are small but it is prime Rome location...

Very convenient location for coming from airport by train and exploring Rome on foot. Rooms are big, very clean and have everything you need for weekend in Rome, which you mostly spend outside the hotel exploring. Surprisingly comfortable bed and pillows, VERY clean sheets and towels. For the money it cost it was absolutely fantastic.

The hotel can't really do anything about it, but some of the windows are looking onto a busy road, which is never peaceful, even at night, traffic. So either specifically book the room looking into the courtyard or use earplugs (which I did).

This hotel was much better than I have expected or read in the reviews. It is located just next to the metro station Barberini, which makes moving around the city super comfortable and easy. There are also many bus stops, but having a metro is already great enough. The room was clean and comfortable. There is no breakfast option, but there are some places nearby where you can have coffee, also the hotel has a coffee machine with some snacks. There is small fridge in the room and wifi works well. The PAM supermarket is just on the corner, and there are restaurants nearby. Trevi fountain is just 10min away. The staff was very friendly. We arrived in the morning and we left our luggage at the hotel before the check in, and also after checkin we could leave the luggages and return to pick them up later.

1/2 block from a subway stop. Lots of restaurants and attractions within 10 min. walking distance. Right next door the a church with Catacombs decorated by the monks that lived there at one time (really fascinating). Easy to get taxi service to and from this area. Staff was most helpful. Bottom line: Would I stay again? - yes. Would I recommend it to people I know? - yes.

It wasn't an issue with me but this hotel is very simply decorated and is not flamboyant at all. It is in an old rectory next to a church and still has the feel of that.

The location was fantastic, with a Metro stop outside, and within walking distance of everything. It was a clean area, and lots of shops and restaurants nearby, as well as a bus stop. The hotel and staff were fantastic. The rooms are clean, spacious, well equipped, have air con, and a safe. The bathroom is great, with a powerful shower. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff were helpful and attentive. I stayed here with my family for my wedding, and it was perfect. There is an outdoor area, which my parents used to smoke in. I would definitely stay here again.
