The breakfast was the best ever! I was most blown away by that. Also there was an attendant there (I think Filipino) and he was so friendly, attentive and helpful and his English was really good which was nice, he is the best honestly thanks for your help. It was a really nice hotel very quiet. The shower is amazing. The location is great we walked to most of the sites without using public transportation. The receptionist was lovely as well very helpful and her English was super.

I liked everything except the signal of the WIFI in my room wasn't very strong so I had to go outside to get a connection but I was fine as I was not really in the hotel that much. When I reported the problem the staff tried to help right away which was good.

1- The property is like a flat with master rooms (Room + private bathroom) on the 3rd floor, fully secured with cameras and passcode access control & access card to enter the rooms. it's giving some independency than hotels which we like it. 2-Greate Location, Near Metro Station, 7 Minutes to Trevi fountain + around 10 Min to pantheon, Many Restaurants & Cafes around. 3- Friendly & helpful staff, since they arranged for US the airport transfer with cheaper price. on other side, i liked their honesty since they gave us some tips about the city specially recommended restaurants around, activities to do and how to use the metro. 4- Clean Rooms, even its rooms but the room service was exceptional. small tip: near the building there is a small restaurant sells eggplant parmesan, it's great to try.

Very good location with nice modern rooms. Self-check in. Polite hosts that get back to you very quickly. I recommend this accommodation!

Just two small things that might have been specific to our room. First, the room felt quite cold—even with the air conditioning set to 28 degrees, it didn’t feel much different from when it was set to 24. I was also a bit surprised that guests can't adjust the temperature beyond a maximum of 24 degrees. I ended up sleeping in a coat until I was able to mention it the following day, where the host promptly controlled temperature to 28. Second, the shower handset appears to have a build-up of water salts, causing the water to spray in various directions with quite a lot of pressure.

Although the maintenance level of the building including the main entrance was disappointing, the rooms were in a much better situation, with the exception of the shower (room 8). Comfy beds, coffee maker and boiler as well as water every day it is much appreciated Regarding the decoration it is a matter of personal approach of course. The breakfast was good and Stephanie and Ariel with their positive energy really changed the game. The hotel would not be the same without them . I think however it was a bit overpriced.

The place and the room have modern design and cozy. The staff were friendly.

The property owner, who when reported of a problem with regard to the room door that can’t be locked from outside (the door was opened (twice) when my friend and I came back to the hotel/apartment), and the toilet had bad odor, he was dismissive. The hotel only accepted/believed it, until I called and showed the door and the toilet to the manager.

Location was perfect near all major attractions. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was ok while breakfast area was a bit small. Amenities in the room were ok and nothing was missing.

Soundproofing was terrible. You could hear the garbage collection from the restaurant opposite the building and every car passing although we were in the 3rd floor. They really need to change windows and put double instead of single ones that they have right now. Apart from that everything else was perfect.

It is a good place in the center part of Rome. Thet serve a very tasty breakfast. You can use Subway literally around the corner or walk to all main sights. But it was a bit cold at night +5°C at the beginning of November without heating. Thanks to Steffany for giving us a heater and 2 blankets. We are very grateful!

There was slightly dark in the room. I would wish an additional light. When leaving the apartment, the street smelled strongly of urine.

Our room was exactly as described. It was modern, bright and well decorated. The furniture and room generally was very well maintained. The room was spotless on arrival and cleaned every day. We arrived early evening; although the reception area was closed, the instructions for gaining entry and picking up our room keys were accurate and simple to follow. There were also a few notices, including a WhatsApp if we wanted recommendations where to eat. We met Deborah on our first morning at breakfast and she is superb. She booked tickets for us, (much easier doing this in Italian) and gave us any advice we needed. Arian who served us breakfast was also really great. The location of these rooms is just perfect, with the underground nearby but also due to the fact that it was in walking distance of the major attractions. Lots of good quality restaurants and a cinema nearby. How could we not stay here again - particularly with someone as helpful and lovely as Deborah to help us navigate Rome.

Every thing was great , the hosts do everything to assist, the staff on site is amazing , Stephanie and Ariel were great , taking care of any request Location is outstanding as well within walking distance any where, breakfast was great , room and bed were great I would certainly stay there every visit in Rome , highly recommended

The room was spacious and comfortable and location was a 3 mins walk from the metro. Also Stephanie was awesome and helped with tips and recommendations to get around Rome.

When we first checked in there was an issue with the hot water faucet. My son was stuck in shower for about 10 mins waiting for the hot water and ended having a cold shower. But it was fixed immediately and we didn’t encounter any problems after that.
