The location is very good. Equally close to Galleria Borghese, The Spanish steps and The Trevi fountain and right next to the Barberini subway station. The staff was amazing and so helpful. I would 100% recommend the place just for their attitude and great communication alone. The room was good enough and spacious. The shower gels they provide are probably the ones with the best scent I have experienced in a hotel. Overall we were very happy and would absolutely recommend.

For the price point I don't feel like there was anything lacking or not good enough.

The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and polite and very helpful with information on the local sights and how to get there. Breakfast was included and cooked and served to your room between 7am to 10am at the time you choose. The lift is just like inthe films very old but original and worked a treat after all that walking.

Nothing to complain about. All perfect.

I recently stayed at Residenza Domiziano, and I couldn't have chosen a better location. Situated in the heart of Rome, everything I wanted to see was just a short walk away. From historic landmarks to bustling shopping streets and charming cafes, the central location made it incredibly easy to explore the city. The convenience of being close to everything added so much value to my stay, allowing me to fully enjoy all that Rome has to offer. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Rome!

Perfect place near Fountain De Trevi and metro station. A lot of restaurants around and couple of supermarkets. Cozy room with a big wardrobe, spare blankets, kettle, instant coffee and dry cream. The staff is extremely friendly, I made some mistakes while checking in, but they fixed it on remote, without me coming back to the place. Clear instruction how to use entrance codes. Very good breakfast with pastry, cornflakes, tea/coffee, milk, jams and butter. You can get fruits as well. The breakfast is delivered to your room by time according to your request. Manager at the reception was kindly and kept my luggage whole day long after my check out, because I had late flight.

Flat and narrow pillows could be more comfortable. And you have to do something with the entrance door bell. Every time when someone used the code, it buzzed horrible, even in the middle of night. My room was the first at the corridor and I woke up at least 3 times.

Position is fantastic, rooms spacious & super clean. Staff friendly & a great breakfast provided.

A couple of hiccups, we had 2 rooms for a 4 night stay. One shower had no hot water & although reported in day 1 was still not fixed when we departed. We only had 1 person in each room so just shared 1 shower between us but to be there 4N with no solution provided is not a great scenario. I reported again when checking out & person on reception said they’d report it straight away, as though no prior knowledge of issue. Other than that was a great stay

The breakfast was absolutely perfect. What a lovely treat to enjoy a lovely homemade breakfast in the comfort of our own room, and brought right to our door. The location was magnificent: 10-minute walk to the Trevo Fountain, 20-minute walk to the Colosseum, and a 15 second walk to the nearest Metro station. There is also a fabulous restaurant directly across the road.

The beds aren’t especially comfortable but they were perfectly fine. Not a complaint.

Outstanding location within easy walking distance of many restaurants and some of the biggest sights in Rome. We walked no more than 10 minutes to the Trevi Fountain, and found at least a dozen very good restaurants within the same distance or less. Well kept and recently remodeled facility and rooms with everything we needed. Inexpensive breakfast that far exceeded our expectation: it listed what sounded like basic American style breakfast which we were not very interested in, but what showed up was a great Italian version with many delicious choices. Overall, an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, features, and cost.

The location is excellent, very easy to reach by public transportation. The breakfast is served in the room which I saw for the first time.

The room I stayed in was very small, there was a window but you couldn't see outside as it was covered with a curtain. No keys or key cards are used to open the doors and the gate to the property, instead you get a combination. It's a good idea but when the internet connection is poor for a reason the combination may not work and you may not be able to get in.

The hotel (more like a residential room) was central and a fab base to tour the city. Room is basic, but we had everything we needed as we were up and out early and back in late to sleep. Mini bar available with reasonable prices (although we never used it). Room nearer reception could be seen as a pain (with the noise of the door buzzer going to come in or go out). Bathrooms could be doing with an upgrade, but for what we paid, it was ok. Breakfast was a continental breakfast, and you could add on for extra €s. Was enough to keep us going until lunch. The room was clean, and the staff were very helpful and had given us a map which did come in handy throughout our visit. Good all-around basic hotel/room, central to everything and cost effective.

The toilet seat could be less squinty. The noise of the buzzer/door mechanism was noisy, especially just after 6 am when the workers began their shift.

Took a Long time for the hot water and the shower trickled unless you used cold water. In our room there were A LOT of little fruit flies or other small bugs constantly flying around
