The pool was amazing as we had such hot weather. The staff were so friendly and always helpful. We had a small cliche with the electricity and the staff were so professional and let us know everything that was happening making the experience much less frustrating.

Nothing everything was wonderful. We were able to leave our bags and go to the colosseum then come back for a swim to freshen up at the end of the day before leaving.

Expecting Rome to be extremely hot in August, we chose this hotel for its location, and pool. It did not disappoint. It was nice to go sightseeing in the mornings, back to the hotel for a relaxing afternoon by the pool, then venture out again in the evening for a stroll around the beautiful area. This was possible as the hotel was close to bus stops, the metro, a lovely shopping street and many restaurants. Air con was very good. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast quality and presentation was good. The roof top pool was very nice. Small but clean and well serviced. We enjoyed poolside drinks and lunch. For our children this was their favourite part of Rome. (better than the colosseum!) The staff is top notch. Very responsive to requests and make us feel welcome. The manager came to check on our boy after he slipped by the poolside. I would say the management in this hotel is excellent.

Breakfast room small. Tables so close together we heard the conversations of the next table. Not sure why it had to be so cramped, as there's unused space elsewhere in the hotel. Shower door in our room leaked due to misaligned door and broken seals. Staff responded straight away when told about it, but for a 5* hotel this should have been picked up by regular maintenance before guests arrive. Compared to hotels in Asia, I would rate this hotel 4* in terms of facilities. The services and staff do make it feel 5*

The property was overall very good, though not quite what I expected for the price – though that’s to be expected in Rome during high season. The service was excellent, and the room and bed were very comfortable. The gym was one of the best I’ve seen compared to other hotels in Europe, and the on-site hair salon was excellent.

On the downside, it was quite noisy inside the hotel, the rooftop felt overpriced for the ambiance and general atmosphere of the rooftop & pool was small, overcrowded, and not particularly aesthetic.

I preferred the menu choice which was excellent the 2nd day ... the buffet was good but not as good as a la carte

I thought that it was excellent - could not find an issue ... location good / room fantastic / bar nice / staff simply amazing ... from reception to concierge to lady servicing bedroom - everyone was so helpful ... over my stay spoke to about 10 staff for different reasons and each person could have a degree in hospitality as their interaction was just perfect

Modern and stylish hotel which is connected to Hilton. The welcome from reception was very nice. Our room was on the 5th floor but had a view of an inner courtyard. The room was spacious with a lovely bathroom. Lighting was excellent. The air-conditioning control unit is built into the wall and a joy to operate. The cooling is silent and perfect. The turn down service was attentive. I loved the room top terrace and pool. The pool temperature is brisk - the safety instructions state it is a minimum of 80F but that is wishful thinking. Once in the water, the pool is lovely. You can enjoy evening drinks up until 12pm and there is a nice view of the locality which shows you just how much of Rome is enjoyed from rooftops. We used the spa after check out and this was very relaxing (perfect way to avoid the midday heat). Perfect location for via Veneto and Trevi fountain.

The only issue was the price. It just seemed remarkably expensive for the stay but maybe the room rates are more affordable if you book more than a week in advance.
