The general look and feel of the interior design are simply great, with the perfect blend of modern and classic aesthetics. It really does feel premium in all aspects. The bathroom is very spacious and the walk-in shower is fantastic. However, the excess use of marble may give somebody the feeling of a dark room. Breakfast is great but some more options for vegetarians would be a nice addition. Also, the coffee is, as expected from an Italian restaurant, beyond great. The mini outside lounge is perfect for a morning coffee, right when you are about to start that city break in Rome The view from the balcony is perfect and it offers a spacious area to grab a coffee and enjoy a good book. WiFi connection is strong and reliable offering good speeds all around the facility

Some of the fixtures are starting to look a bit outdated. The TV is also in need for an upgrade, a slim bezel model would fit much better the overall aesthetics of the room. However this is barely visible.

The hotel was wonderful and the staff very friendly and helpful. A good location however you need to be prepared to walk alot and the walk back to the hotel is uphill. Spa was very relaxing. The breakfast is a light breakfast, omelette or fried eggs is extra. The room was very clean. Hop on and hop off bus is very close to the hotel.

The walk back to the hotel in the afternoon and early evenings is tiring if you have had a full day and the weather has been very warm.

Property in good location in between the. Quiet and hustle and bustle of the city . The rooms very good size . The Ac fully works . Wonderful marble flooring in rooms. The spa facilities are amazing

The food in the restaurant is not great and too pricey . The service was very poor the waiting stuff not helpful when ask questions in the food . I would not recommend anyone to eat there and needs some improvement . The waiting staff end up arguing with you .

Amazing hotel, would definitely recommend. The location is very safe (across from the U.S. Embassy) and within walking distance of tourist sites, cafes and restaurants, and shopping areas. The hotel staff were excellent, providing wonderful food recommendations, calling cabs and making restaurant reservations for us upon request. Room service was quick and timely – our room was cleaned every day, and the gym, pool and spa were adequate. I will definitely come back here the next time I visit Rome!

The position of this hotel is amazing. Right a few minutes walk from the city center. The room was spacious and well equipped and all the staff was absolutely kind and nice.

I would push a little bit more the breakfast offer. Everything was fine and delicious anyway. I would suggest just a little bit more choices on the vegetables and fruit choices in the buffet.

I emailed to ask for a document welcoming us because it was an anniversary. Not only did they reply quickly with a document, they also gave us a room with a terraced balcony, a free dessert, and a bottle of prosecco on arrival. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was amazing, we were right in the centre of the city. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

We had a great view facing the street and American Embassy with 2 balconies that we were able to open the windows to but not noisy at all. Great location near the park and easy for Taxi's as there was a rank right outside. Far enough way from the massive crowds at the usual tourist spots but easy walk to them. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Room was ready, with an upgrade, before the usual check-in time so we were able to leave our bags and head off into the city.

We would have expected a bigger selection for breakfast, given the price. Toilet had to be fixed twice, which was done very promptly, in our 4 day stay. Had to book a time to use a pool which seemed a bit odd.

It truly felt like they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. One highlight of our experience was dining at the hotel's restaurant. The culinary delights served were an exquisite fusion of traditional Italian flavors and innovative techniques. Each dish was meticulously prepared, bursting with freshness and presented beautifully. The restaurant's ambiance was charming, with a cozy yet elegant setting that added to the overall dining experience. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. We took advantage of the well-equipped fitness center, allowing us to maintain our workout routine while enjoying panoramic views of Rome. The spa was a haven of relaxation, offering a range of rejuvenating treatments that left us feeling refreshed and revitalized.

Location close to all historical sights. Lovely Spa to relax in after a full day of touring. All staff were exceptional friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend a stay in this lovely hotel.

There could have been a better selection of cooked breakfast.

This is my second time staying in this hotel, and I will return again. The location of the hotel is on the poshest street of Rome Via Venetto but yet close to all the shopping and main attractions in Rome. The rooms are nice and of a good size and the rooms facing the main street have a lovely view and ambience.. Last but not least, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

There is nothing to dislike.
