The location and the price is amazing. Also the staff was very polite and open for communication. The building where the hotel is located is very nice and authentic. It was very helpful to see the real photo of my room after the reservation, so I didn't have underexpectation or wasn't dissapointed. The room was small. but I expect that. Despite there was no bracfast, near it was a nice caffe with very nice people who was very kind.

The noise in the hallway and the conversations were quite loud, I heard them all. Also, for 2 nights I had to sleep with headphones on because someone was snoring in the next room.

Rooms were clean and comfy, the staff was friendly and upgraded me to a top floor with balcony. The room wasn't too big, but it was good for a solo traveler like me. It is near some very cool landmarks, and a train station is around 5-10 min walk. It was a bit difficult to find it at first, since you have to get buzzed inside, but they said all the buttons for the coms belonged to the hotel anyway. There are some nice restaurants nearby. It was a good stay!

There is one market very near to the hotel, but it closes at 10. After 10, I couldn't find any markets around. Good thing the rooms have a minibar.

The staff Flavia, Lyn and Claudio were commendable and gave me top notch service. Flavia assisted in my fast check-in/out and hotel rules. Lyn made sure that my room was very clean on a daily basis and even gave me instruction on how to get to the metro easily. And Claudio, gave me direction to the pantry and in using the microwave and getting hot water. They made my stay in Hotel Garda memorable and comfortable. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was very big. The hotel was near the metro so transport was very easy. were very commendable

The room was small but nice and surprisingly it had a small balcony. The air conditioning worked perfectly well! The bathroom was decent size and clean with good water pressure and toiletries. With the large window/door closed to avoid noise from the street/ garbage trucks, I was able to get a good night sleep and be ready for a day of exploration. The best thing about this property were the front desk staff - all of them were very friendly and super helpful! For example Joy let me borrow her power bank when mine wasn’t working. Generally, having someone direct you in an unfamiliar city was super helpful- I really appreciated their support!

The room would have been better with a coffee machine, as we all need coffee first thing in the morning even before the breakfast! I would have loved a small table for a snack/laptop. The hotel is by Borghese park- beautiful place to explore, along with Borghese gallery! It is near Barberini metro station, which is very convenient to get to the main sites. If you like walking, it takes about 15-20 min walk to get to the Trevi fountain, Pantheon. Vatican is on the other side of Tiber river and it takes about 45 min to walk to it. Keep in mind that the property is on sort of a hill and it might be harder to climb up to get to it after a day of exploring.

The staff were great and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The reception desk is manned 24 hours incase you need anything or have any questions. The location was good, its walking distance to all main attractions, the furthest walk was approx. 50 minutes to the Vatican City. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep.

The room and bathroom were on the smaller side but fine for 2 people. You have to walk up quite a big hill to get back to the hotel after a day exploring Rome so be prepared for that, wouldn't put me off staying here though.

Good price for best location. There was no breakfast included, but excellent location and sufficient for a short city trip

After reading reviews, wasn’t sure what to expect, but was very pleasantly surprised. Although was slightly puzzled finding it at first, we checked in all good and when we reached our room we ever very satisfied. Beautiful room, spacious and modern. Amazing location, within 20 min to central attractions like the trevi fountain and 45 minutes to Vatican. Also next to a beautiful park. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here next time I come to Rome.

Location was 10 minutes from Trevi fountain passing lots of places to eat and shop along the way … restaurant 2 doors up from hotel was so nice to eat in .,, staff were very helpful wheb we asked questions and arranged taxi to airport for us. Room was spotless clean shower was as per other reviews a bit narrow but was clean also had shower gel shampoo conditioner and shower hat all supplied

nice quite neighborhood, with great dining options around the corner, great cafes, noz very touristy, close to Rome greatest park but 8 min from the Spanish steps and then bustle of the center, not too far from the train station and the metro

there was nothing I disliked, the hotel is not the Hyatt but a good prize and is a 3 star, there is no breakfast service since the pandemic but there are cafes across the street

Our bed was very comfortable. The aircon worked well. The shower was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped us with a few suggestions and organised a taxi to the airport on our last day. The location is really good; it's mostly walking distance to a few sights and there are many buses close by that are easy to take to sights you don't want to walk to.
