We loved our stay!! So close to town and all the sights but conveniently out of the hustle and bustle. Nice and quiet- Clean and cozy rooms. Lauria is so gracious. If you don’t speak Italian, be prepared to figure things out on your own-her English is quite limited. No worries tho- thank you google translate! The restaurant downstairs- Picolo Mondo was absolutely fantastic. It was a lovely accommodation and we will definitely stay there again if we come back to Rome. 😊👍

Location A+ Price Comfortable beds

After reading a lot of negative reviews, I was a little worried about our stay, however, we were pleasantly surprised. The small, but cosy apartment had just about everything you could want for your stay, including hair straighteners! Lauria came in after our second night while we were out and cleaned and tidied for us. Yes the bed was a little harder than we are used to, however, it didn’t affect our sleep. The location was excellent, a 10 minute walk to the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps, and only half an hour walk to the colosseum. If we return to Rome I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Could use a couple of bowls, we couldn’t find any, just for cereal in the morning, but that’s just a small thing. Also, there is very little natural light, however as we were only in the room for sleeping it really wasn’t a big deal.

The Breakfast was OK, just sweet packaged Pastries and Espresso, standard Italian Breakfast

Could have been clearer instructions as to where the apartment was inside the building, did not know to take elevator to 1st floor and go to Apt. 1

Great location, great price and great facilities within the room. It was about 10 minutes walking to main attractions like Trevi fountains, Pantheon and etc. The appartment was exceptionally tidy, equiped with conditioner, coffee machine, microwave-grill, toaster and even washing machine with detergent and etc.provided! We were very satisfied with our stay and will stay here again when visiting Rome.

Great location, really near to Trinità dei Monti Clean room and with everything I needed Breakfast was okay, there were different prepackaged options (croissant Bauli, biscuits, etc.)

Natural light comes only from a lightwell but it's not a real problem :)

There is not a proper kitchen or space to cook or eat. However, with a bit of organisation is it possible to make space :)

Laura was really nice and responsive. The location is great. The bedroom was quiet and comfortable. Plenty of hot water.

I was expecting more of a hotel breakfast. It was all packaged bread.
