These suites are perfectly located with easy access to excellent restaurants and touristic sites. It is in the perfect location if you want to avoid driving in the city traffic. The rooms are very nice and the bathrooms are very clean and well equipped. The breakfast is very well presented, the pictures are actually true...nice coffee machine, very delicious pastries and fruit. Also, you get eggs and cheese, etc. A good breakfast to start your day with tons of energy! The hotel is at the end of a building which makes it a very quiet place to return to after all the activities and museums. The rooms are a bit dark and that would be an asset in the summer, when the weather is hot. This is a great place and we will certainly return again when visiting Rome.

It is not that I did not like but could be improved; clearer instructions and signs guiding the traveler to the correct location of the hotel. It was a bit hard to find the entance. Some TV channels in English would have been helpful to watch a bit of the news in the AM.

I would have to say that this stay ranks right up with the best of the best. Not just in Rome, but anywhere. The communication before arriving with the staff was flawless, the price competitive for the area, the parking garage was a minute's walk from the front door (about as close as I have ever been in a hotel in Rome), the room was clean, the staff was super helpful, personable and kind, the breakfast buffet was above and beyond, the bathrooms (yes, there were two!) were perfect, air conditioning was already running for us when we got in, the view from the window was very nice, access to the room was super easy, the room was quiet, the welcome included drinks and snacks as well as a free coffee machine in our room and full access to the breakfast room all day. Check out was later than other hotels in the area, and we could even leave our luggage with them longer if necessary. Access after hours worked great. They even upgraded our room for free! They gave us as much advice as we could ask, including restaurants, which we ended up dining at and enjoying. Thank you Jeison and the rest of the staff! We hope to see you again soon!

The hotel was in a good location near the trevi fountain, Spanish steps & the metro station. The hosts were very good with information before we arrived & helpful with questions. We had the triple room which was big & clean with everything you need. We were greeted with a drink & snacks in our room. We could also help ourselves to drinks & cakes each day whenever we came back to our room after exploring Rome which was a great help. For breakfast we had a good choice from fresh fruit, cereal, bread, cooked breakfast & cakes. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

Nothing that we didnt like.

The standards of cleanliness and hospitality are very high. All staff were helpful and efficient.Our room was very quiet at night, and we slept well. The breakfast was very good, and it was a bonus having access to the coffee machine and snacks all day.. The location was good, very near to Borghese gardens and on a bus route, which went into the centre. The A/C was good and needed as it was extremely hot the 4 days of our visit. We loved our stay here!

One tiny thing ! There was only 1 comfy chair ( a single sofa bed) in the room, so one person had to sit on the bed.

Our host was so gracious. We arrived a bit early after a long drive from Tuscany and they quickly prepared us a room. After a walk about of the city, we mostly slept. It was the end of a long vacation and we were flying out the next morning. We were so tired. Since we were leaving very early in the morning, out host arranged to have breakfast boxes packed and ready for us on the front desk at 9 am. They were very good.

I found the property a bit confusing, as it is not a traditional hotel with a ground level entrance and welcome desk. Our taxi driver found the building and then the ringer for the door. Once inside it seems mostly like an office building with Opera taking up a section, but the directions we received did not make it clear which lift to take and how to gain access. For a newbie traveler it was a little overwhelming locating the property, once there, we were AOK.

Location is perfect, within a walkable distance to Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain (about 8-10 minutes). The neighborhood is very safe. Famous Via Veneto is just 3 minutes away. The supermarket, pharmacies, gelaterias and restaurants are just around. The hotel itself (I would more call it a guesthouse), is located in a beautiful 19th century building. Hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and very polite. We were upgraded to a Superior Triple Room that was very kind from the hotel management. The bathroom is very clean also. The room service is done daily. The good breakfast is provided in cozy area with an inner courtyard small terrace for smokers or who want to drink morning coffee outside. Coffee/tea and snacks are free and always available for the hotel guests in the cafeteria.

- breakfast was amazing, highly recommend buying it, buffet area is open 24/7 so you can get coffee and a snack any time, - personnel was super nice and very welcoming, - location is great, you can easily walk to tourist attractions in less than an hour

- walls are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbours but at least you get free earplugs, - would be nice to have a couple of shelfs/tables here and there to put your stuff, - wifi is slow but from what I noticed it's like that in all Rome

Great place, my parents (72 and 78 yo) where super happy about it. The staff was amazing, location is privileged for tourism (walking distance from piazza popolo, fontana di trevi & 100mts away from tourist bus stop). Breakfast was nice, and thery offer 24hs free fruit, coffe/milk, and pastry which is a nice detail.

Actually everything was great, maybe with the exception that in order to access the hotel you need to climb some stairs before reaching the elevator, which was somewhat exhausting to my mother. Nevertheless, it was a great stay and we would repeat 100%. Price was not cheap but to be honest, i booked with one week in advance. I am to be blamed for it, not the hotel

I loved the welcoming, Jaison was splendid the room was spacious and amazing for a small family of 3 having the top mezzanine floor. It was super clean and scented beautifully, they left us some welcoming 'aperitivo' and chips which was so appreciated. I was so pleased even though I was a bit scared initially as many comments were really bad which was not the case at all! They were extremely friendly, the breakfast also was amazing and there's always food and coffee available with no extra charge for the guests throughout the day out of breakfast times, which in my nearly 20 years of traveling I have never seen. The shower was nice and hot, and the location was super as well.Totally staying here again if back in Rome.

I loved everything, just in the morning the water in the shower wasn't too warm so we had a quick wash but aside from this all was wonderful

I stayed at this hotel with my sisters for a family getaway and we all enjoyed it so much.. The staff were so kind and welcoming from the first minute to the last, they made everything available to us in the breakfast area, they were so helpful in every way they could. The breakfast is abundant and good and the breakfast room can be used even during the day for having a snack or something to drink. The hotel is located in a beautiful building, the area is very quiet and in just a few minutes you’re at the Spanish steps. So convenient! We would definitely stay here again!
