From the moment i booked this hotel and checked in till the moment we checked out. Everything was perfect... Leading up to the day, i was sent a list of extras to make our trip extra special. As this was a trip for my partners birthday i ask for rose petals and the me&you package and it exceeded my expectations. Strawberries, favourite song and bubbly on the rocks was a perfect way to start our trip. The hotel also arrange our transfer straight to the hotel. We booked the breakfast experience which was amazing. You get to chose what we want and you get it as room service so you don't even need to leave the bed besides opening the door. Great location which is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel.. Amazing experience and would definitely stay again and recommend. P.s.. very friendly staff. Knows the memo as it was a surprise ;-)

Wouldn't say there was anything we didn't like... Recommend mirror cellings or something similar lol

Great central location. Staff were very helpful & friendly.

Needs a fresh coat of paint, a little grubby on the walls and main door to room rattled & didn’t feel secure. Also gluten free breakfast wasn’t great.

We paid for a room a they gave another room., Cheaper room/price and we paid the executive room.

They do not honor the room we reserved and paid.

The hotel couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome. The reviews had mentioned noise related to renovations but we didn’t hear any, but could see that there were some works being done. The breakfast in our room was excellent and really thoughtfully presented, would definitely recommend. Can’t fault the place really, they deserve their excellent rating.

Not a fan of the glass doors across the bathroom, it ruined some of the romantic ambience to have to take tactful toilet trips. I also gave the lady who delivered our breakfast a bit of an eyeful when I was still in the shower when she arrived. The lighting is also poor for doing make up but this is easily rectified.

The Property Is good close to Everything! I had zero problems, no noise at night, nothing to complain. Staff extremely friendly. The room, lounge and reception smells amazing! The room hot tub make all the difference after a long day enjoying and walking around the city you can soak off in the tub and relax. This place is a 10/10 I got the French Kiss deluxe. Fair size. Bed super comfortable. They offer water and a lot of different packages to make your experience unique.

Everything was perfect, if anything the room could be a little bit more lights and could update the tv for smart tv, or one that you can watch Netflix. Other than that, perfect

breakfast was amazing ! lots to choose from and you can have as much as you like, its bought straight to you room on time every morning ata time of your choosing, they set the table and everything out for you, was lovely. also really good location litually a minutes walk away from the Spanish steps. room was in another building but its litually across the road, had no problems getting back into the room after hours, the bathtubs are amazing ! so big! room is cleaned every day and all amenities replenished daily. was lovely.

toilet was tiny, very small and crampt, not good if you dont like small spaces. room was different to picture not that it was a bad room, just not the same as pictures. and a bit smaller than expected.

We found it be luxurious, quiet 🤫 and a special experience for our Honeymoon our 1st week in Rome will never be forgotten. It is so close to the Spanish steps and easy walking to the Spagna Metro made getting around Rome so easy.

Nothing everything was better than expected.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed with the lovely touch of rose petals in our room and the friendly staff. Our balcony room with a beautiful view of the Roman streets was the highlight of our trip. The room was very clean and had a great music system, which made our stay amazing . We were especially impressed by how the hotel team arranged breakfast 10 minutes earlier than usual because of our early flight. The breakfast buffet was delicious and well-prepared. The hotel’s location was perfect, as it was close to all the main landmarks, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were very helpful, and the overall atmosphere was warm and comfortable. We are already planning to visit again and will definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you so much to the entire team for such a great experience

We had an overall great experience, but there were limited vegetarian food options at breakfast. This was a minor issue and did not take away from our overall enjoyment. Despite this, the breakfast was excellent, and we appreciated the variety of other options available. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and the rest of our stay was flawless, making it a truly memorable visit.

Lovely staff, very friendly & helpful. Amazing location, 2 minutes from the Spanish steps & Trevi fountain about 9 minutes walk. Upon arrival we were upgraded to an executive suite which was lovely. Super comfy bed and the jacuzzi bath was amazing. Nice little touches added to the room also. Breakfast was very good too and always brought to the room at the time stated.

Few minor things- fridge was boiling hot, contacted reception but there was no maintenance person at that time of evening- moved our drinks to the wine fridge and the staff kindly bought us ice for our drinks. Other things being surround of bed hadn’t been dusted and parts of toilet room floor not brushed/hoovered properly. But no real issue just telling our thoughts. Also would be that little bit better if the rooms had a tv(at least our room didn’t anyway)

I like everything from start to end at the hotel. It was just above my expectations and the staff are very nice and helpful.We had just an awesome time during our stay and thinking we could have planned more days to stay. Not sure how much it's possible but this has become one of the most favourite hotels and I'm looking forward to coming back if possible. I would like to convey our BIG thanks to staff for their hard work to make guests happy 😁. And all the best to the hotel and the staff for its future bookings.
