We had a great time at our overall stay, the location was great (just in the middle of the Spanish steps), Elena at the reception works like a machine! She is very kind and hard working and she is there almost all day. We liked the breakfast although we only went once (personal preference). It was like a small cafe.

The one thing that I would suggest would be to have small shampoo AND body wash at the room. Our room had shampoos only. Also, I would recommend having more water at the room. I requested for more but they said the did not have any additional bottles to add to our room and we had to go and ask for a refill, but when it is late at night and no one is there we could not ask for one.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Both my partner and I loved everything — the location, the comfort, the convenience of having public transport nearby, and of course, the warm hospitality. The breakfast was amazing — a delightful mix of Italian delicacies like bruschetta and cheeses (which I adore), plus perfectly cooked scrambled eggs. The owner, Dario, was incredibly responsive even before we arrived in Rome, and he kindly shared helpful information about sightseeing around the city. The housekeeping lady, Elena (I hope I’ve spelled her name correctly), was also so welcoming and friendly — she even helped clean a coffee stain off my hoodie in seconds! On our last morning, when we had to leave early to catch our train, Dario came in earlier than usual just to make sure we had something to eat before we left (as breakfast normally starts around the time we were due to depart). We truly enjoyed our stay and are so grateful for the kindness and thoughtfulness of the host!

I can't think of anything to flaw this place.

The location was perfect. The beds were extremely comfy, the rooms nicely decorated, spacious with very high ceilings. Elena was very friendly and very helpful with local advice. Loved the coffee at breakfast too!

We were disappointed to discover only after making our reservation that the spa facilities were not included in the room price, considering they were one of the reasons for booking in the first place. After checking again, we still believe this could be made much clearer and/or noted in the main description.

Clean, modern rooms in a great location for our short stay in Rome. The updated bathroom and large shower was great. Walk to restaurants, shopping, and attractions, or take the metro which is right down the road. The staff here are all so nice and helpful, and the breakfast provided was above our expectations. The cappuccinos were especially delicious!! The staff is onsite for most of the day, and it’s easy to come and go on your own in the evening hours. Would happily stay here again!

The location is exceptional. The property is just 2 min. to Spanish steps by walking. The property is so quite even it is in the heart of the city. Property has no elevator and there are plenty amount of stairs to reach your room. Therefore if you have a child under 5 you should take this into your consideration. Breakfast is ok. Bad is so comfy. Every single room has patio so you can hang out and smoke. Dario and Elena, hosts, were extremely kind, friendly and hepful.

I wish to have a coffee machine in the room. It would have made our stay more comfortable. We could not spend anytime in the room because of lackness of facilities in the room.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city and easy to get involved with all of the things going on and get out and about! The breakfast was delicious with both hot and cold options and high quality for the size of the hotel. Our room was lovely, well designed and quiet and it had everything we needed. The best thing was the staff, always happy to help with guidance for where to try for food, sites to see, even drawing points on our map and we would highly recommend Ingrami and we will be back! Very quirky, old building the likes of which I’ve never seen before! Perfect location to explore and see the sights of Rome. Lovely big bedroom with a sunny balcony and a great bathroom with a huge walk in shower. The breakfast “room” however was tiny and it would have been better to have eaten in our room. The spiral granite/marble steps from the street to the third floor might be problematic for elderly/disabled users as there is no lift.

Dario the host was very helpful and friendly also the lady at the property didn’t get her name. Ideal location for us having restaurant and shops right outside. Angies restaurant I would recommend. Walking 25 minutes to coliseum, 10 minutes to trevi fountain, 13 minutes to pantheon. Spa was a nice touch and jacuzzi and steam good to use after lots of walking. Room size was good and always cleaned to high standard.

Problem with wifi causing issues taking card payments. Best to use cash.

Room walls feel paper thin, you can hear everyone coming and going from the hotel especially with the exceptionally loud buzzer into the building. Breakfast is poor, very little to pick. However, this is common in Italy as they're not big breakfast lovers! Spa should be removed from the description, we had a look and it's poor/average at best so didn't see the appeal of paying for this. Breakfast wasn't served on one of the days due to staff illness, no alternative provided

Location - Absolutely phenomenal, right at the heart of the Spanish steps and really easily accessible by all forms of transport. Whilst there was steps they were very easy to get around. Room - the room was a very good size, lots of space to move around a very big bed with a sofa bed in the room if we required more room. Great sized bathroom with an absolutely massive shower!! We loved our room. The decor inside was beautiful as well. Breakfast - We didn't expect breakfast to be included so we were very pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was brilliant, lots of food and drinks on offer and delivered by our brilliant host. We had an absolutely brilliant stay here and I would very, very highly recommend this to everyone. The location has so much transport available near by and so close to all the tourist points, easily walked to as well! I'd happily come back.
