Il Palazzetto was in the best location and the room was amazing and spacious, beds so comfortable, lovely bathroom and the staff looked after every needs. The Bar Terrace was a great place to relax and look over the Spanish Steps and enjoying being part of Rome! Il Palazzetto is part of the Hotel Hassler Group, using their amenities and having breakfast every morning at the Hotel Hassler was a bonus. Best Coffee in Italy. The staff at Hotel Hassler are fantastic. I would not stay anywhere else in Rome now, after being at the Palazzetto and enjoy the beautiful boutique hotel and also the Hotel Hassler

Fantastic location overlooking the Spanish Steps and within easy walking distance to a number of iconic spots. The service from the staff was exceptional, they even helped us pay for a parking ticket we had received elsewhere in Italy and didn't know how to pay. All service with a smile, polite and friendly. The room exceeded our expectations, it was actually larger than it looked in the photo's not the website, very high ceilings and plenty of space, there was even a walk-in wardrobe. The rooftop bar attached to the hotel was great, we enjoyed drinks and the view both evenings of our stay. We would 100% stay here again.

Everything was great, no complaints.

The room was exceptionally beautiful with an incredible view. The staff were all very friendly. My room was next to the bar but there were double doors and double shutters which really muffled the sound. I wish I had more than one night. It is truly a special place to stay in Rome.

The bed was not one mattress but two put together, which left a crevice down the middle - but overall, extremely comfortable. It was a little tricky to find the hotel entrance. I forgot that breakfast was included. :(

We were upgraded to Room 4 - which has a view of the Spanish steps. The Palezzetto is also a bar/cafe for people to chill and view the Spanish steps over drinks - but it was our own private terrace (of sorts). The room was amazing - with windows that looked onto the Spanish steps. The room is super spacious, with a walk-in closet and all standard amenities. The staff went out of their way to serve us. As guests you have special access to the terrace - and when it was full, they opened a section of the upper terrace only for us. There is also special access to our room via the terrace and from the "ground floor" - it's like having our own private elevator to get to-and-fro Espagna.

I can't think of what we didn't like!

Location. Room was elegant and the bed was comfortable. Temperature control worked well.

The hot water was not hot enough. Ok for a shower (just) but not hot enough for a bath.

This is a fantastic place to stay!!!! Lovely big rooms, big bathroom, fabulous view of the Spanish Steps from rooms and Rooftop Bar. It is a boutique hotel attached to The Hassler whose facilities can be used also! The staff are fantastic, friendly and super helpful! We loved it and would definitely stay again!!!

Location was amazing, rooms were beautiful

I thought the hotel would be bigger with facilities, l didn’t realise it was affiliated with the main Hotel around the corner, you’re able to use their facilities, which is stunning. The location was perfect, next to the Spanish steps, we loved it ❤️

Our stay at Il Palazzetto was amazing. After a long day of travel, the staff made us feel immediately welcome and taken care of, and the room was beautiful and comfortable. It is located right on the Spanish Steps (we had a great view from the room) and walkable to all the main sights and shopping. We enjoyed a drink at the rooftop bar, which really added to the experience. As a bonus, the hotel is associated with Hotel Hassler, where we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast and other amenities. Would definitely recommend!

We loved everything about this hotel. The view from the room and bar was unbelievable, the room was beautiful & clean, the breakfast was delicious and the service from Emmanuel and the team was outstanding and a very high standard.

We couldn’t get out from the top entrance to check out and go to breakfast so we had to walk up the Spanish steps with bags but I think this is just communication of how to exit from the top.

Perfect breakfast and location. The very highest of staff service and friendliest with full knowelege of answers to all questions that a visitor would have about Rome.

Need to have a swimming pool considering the hot weather.
