Location was perfect, the view of the Spanish Steps from the window and being able to see them at different times of the day and especially sunset was great. The Metro is just around the corner (2 mins walk, but check it is running before you go), there are 2 taxi ranks either side of the steps, its just a short walk to to the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon and between 20 and 30 minutes to walk to many of the other Rome must-sees. There are lots of places to eat on the doorstep in the Spagna area. Return Airport Taxi was 55 euros and reception booked for us, pick up in square outside. The cost of the bottled water in the room mini bar is less than most of the local shops , which is great. Umbrellas provided if it should rain. map of Rome provided and really good detail. Along with various guide books in reception to use while you are there too. Nice to have hard copy as well as Google maps.

There is no bath, just a shower in the room we had, which was very good. No milk in room for tea/coffee facility, but we never asked for any, so maybe would have been supplied on request, black coffee is fab anyway.

I loved all aspects of the hotel. It is beautifully decorated to a level of luxury fittings and is extremely well maointained. The building has a lift which complements the experience. Staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive in meeting all our needs during our stay.

I cannot think of a downside to this stay, we loved the whole package. Breakfast was not available to the guests but I did not view this as a negative as the buildings position, room inclusions and luxury standard far exceeded any discord anyone may have re breakfast.

Les Diamants is a little gem... The room was just perfect, beautifully clean and the bed very comfy. We had the balcony, and it was glorious being able to sit outside with our morning coffee in the wonderful sun watching passers by on the Spanish Steps. We loved the location! Central to everything - all in walking distance. It was quiet at night in the room when the balcony doors were shut despite the hustle and bustle of the outside. The hosts/reception staff were exceptional - waiting for us to arrive even though this was passed the check in time (we were 4 hours late!!). We are very grateful x

This place is a hidden gem! Close to everything you’d want to see or do in Rome. The Staff is so nice and full of information about things you may have questions about. Staying here makes it feel as if you live in Rome. In spite of the fact that you are next to a very popular tourist attraction when you close the windows you hear nothing. And the black out curtains make sure you get a good nights sleep. The bedding is good and the apartment is very comfortable. You are next to a bunch of really good restaurants and coffee shops. This place was great!

Great location! If you want to be in the middle of everything this is the location. Very active but the room was incredibly quiet, the windows really kept the street noise out. We opened the window and were amazed at how loud it was outside but yet so quiet inside the room. We had everything we needed in the room, Nespresso machine was a welcome surprise! I really couldn’t ask for more, it was a great stay! We had a view of the Spanish steps from our window, we were in room 4. Beautiful view and quiet when the windows were closed, amazing!

If I had to say something wasn’t perfect it would be that the shower/bathroom was a little narrow. But it’s not out of the ordinary in Europe.

We booked last minute, literally like 3 hours prior our arrival time and we requested a crib for my baby, which we did not expect to see it on arrival as it was so sudden. They had it! We stayed in room 4 and the view was amazing, we saw the spanish steps from our window. The staff is super attentive, room is cozy, don't expect a large room but that's how Rome is, but the room is clean and enough space for a family of 3

Truly nothing to mention

Love the staff! Love the location and cleanliness of rooms. Giulia was exceptionally helpful to get us to plan our visit to see the Vatican. We had a wonderful stay again. 3rd time staying here on our trips to Roma. Loved the room with balcony, we heard music from the Spanish steps, what an incredible experience Grazie e a prestissimo !!!!

The property was very clean. We were allowed to check in earlier as the room was already ready when we arrived. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Very close to all the tourist spots. It was a perfect stay for me and my son. Thank you to all the staff who assisted us. They also allowed us to leave our luggage after check out so that we can still do some last minute sightseeing.

I like everything about the property.

Beautifully located overlooking Piazza di Spagna. Even though it's a busy piazza, it was very quiet inside the hotel. No sound can be heard with the windows closed. The room was very nice and modern. I definitely recommend it.

To reach our room, we needed to take an elevator and pass through 3 doors in order to reach it. This is the only negative thing I can say about the hotel.

Great location close to Metro station behind the hotel, walk to major attractions in Rome, lots of restaurant near by and gelato places. The Hotel is next to the Iconic The Spanish Step in Rome you literally walk out of the one of the major attraction each morning! Also, our window was facing next to the The Spanish Step awesome view each morning!

The outside was bit noisy, with window closed it was fine! considering you are in a major attraction The Spanish Step in Rome.
