This Residenza is perfect to stay in for mini break, Your are in walking distance of all shops & Metro . It is about 40/ 50 minute walk to Vatician & St. Peters Square All the staff were so helpful from the moment we met them . Breakfast is served in your room, which you can pre-order the night beforehand just choose your time & what you would like & it arrives fresh to your room.next morning. Spotlessly clean & even tho we did not ask for our room to be cleaned each day the staff came in to make bed & clean around.

Can be slightly noisy early in the morning from the shop two doors down who loves to olay his music a bit loud, but it is bareable.

Absolutely wonderful location right next to the Spanish steps across the luxury brands shops and 10-15 min to Fontana di Trevi, to Piazza Navona, Colosseum, Piazza Venezia. The room is beautifully done, modern, has all you need (coffee maker, electric kettle, tea, iron, free water in the fridge). Loved the bathroom, as it was very well equipped and luxurious. The staff is very welcoming and have accommodated us for an early check in.

The only thing I would mention is the shower that is leaking water outside through the doors.

Location great, room clean and had all amenties, breakfast great and plentiful. Receptionists were very polite and helpful and we found the decor of the entrance hallway quite nice. Window was overlooking the adjacent street. Bathroom and shower a bit small but very nice and adequate. Tea Kettle, safe and Coffee machine were very useful. We requested extra pillows and these were in the room when we arrived. Cleaning staff very helpful and had our room refilled with towels and all other items each day. Truely an enjoyable week for my wife and I.

Room was a bit on the small side, and since Relis Pierrette is in a block of buildings the lift in evenings was not working all the days!

We have been several times to this hotel but this was even better than previous. It has been beautifully updated, and its location as always is fantastic right beside The Spanish Steps. All the staff were friendly, helpful and willing to go out of their way to assist us. Special mention of Constanza who went with us to locate a particular place after first looking it up online. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Constanza.

Nothing great wifi, best bed we have ever slept in including our own

The location is amazing. We were able to pop back to our room easily during the day to relax for a while and change for the evening. We had a suite with three rooms and two bathrooms which was perfect when travelling with our teenage daughter who values her privacy. The mirrored doors in the dressing area and the mirrored back of the bathroom door meant it was easy to get ready without fighting for mirror space. Rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Bed was large and comfortable if rather firm. Shower was powerful and bathrooms large and well equipped. The smaller bathroom had a colour changing shower cubicle. Breakfast in room was excellent as it meant we could eat whilst our daughter was getting ready. Coffee machine and biscotti was very welcome when we were tired from walking. The large walking umbrellas provided by the door helped with the hills of Rome but thankfully were not needed for rain. Wine cabinet in room had an excellent white wine and a selection of good quality wine glasses and the friendly helpful receptionist also highly recommended the red she had personally selected. Any query was sorted out quickly and efficiently. We even had a private external door so could enter and leave without going through reception. I will definitely return To Rome and to this property. Thank you for making the holiday so special.

Absolutely nothing… All was excellent.

The place is amazingly beautiful, especially the hall. There is a very pleasant scent that makes it feel even more exclusive. And the location is superb. Very clean room, very comfortable bed and pillows, very nice staff. A great place that I would definitely recommend.

Poor soundproof - you can hear everything (other guests, housekeepers) from the corridor as if it is inside your room. The blanket is placed in between two sheets instead of a duvet cover, so during the sleep the sheet may unfold, which is not very hygienic.

Loved the location. The female receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The room was lovely although if I had suitcases i wouldn't know where to put them... fantastic room with cabin baggage only. The bathroom was fabulous Albeit small it had everything you wanted and I loved it. The room had a great wardrobe, so could hang my coat etc.... and what I LOVED was having a coffee machine and kettle in the room. PERFECT. I would absolutely stay here again but perhaps in the bigger room if I was staying longer. But for a short weekend. Fantastic. I would recommend this place hugely and this will be my go to place to stay next time in Rome. I Loved it. Breakfast was great too, and they had bacon... LOL, it was delicious. So rare to get bacon in Italy.

Here’s a polished review for the apartment: We had an incredible stay at this apartment near the Spanish Steps! The space exceeded our expectations with two sitting rooms and two bathrooms – a rare find in such a central location. Having breakfast served in our room each morning was such a convenient and thoughtful touch. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Rome’s best area, making it easy to explore and enjoy the city. We absolutely loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful experience we have just been gifted with. Walking through the wooden doors from Piazza di Spagna into this former Palazzo, we entered the charm of another world. Following the stairs up to the first floor, we arrived at the entrance to the accommodation itself. It was at this point that we were in awe of the beauty that adorns the walls and ceilings. Everything about this accommodation was wonderful - the Reception, the corridors and the room itself were classy and elegant, sophisticated and tasteful. The comfort of the bed was incredible and the bathroom decor was luscious! A special little touch was the room service breakfast in the morning served on a silver tray! It was pure magic to know that the Spanish Steps were just beyond our window. The owners communicated promptly and with kindness and attention. We were greeted warm professionalism by the lady on Reception. Thank you for a wonderful time. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

This boutique hotel stays in a perfect location. Breakfast brought as a room service, and it is rich enough and tasty. Staff attitude is familial and they are trying to adjust themselves to the needs of the residents.

The only drawback was that stuff is leaving in the evening, but the owner him self is ready to solve any prblem.
