Very Nice, spacious and very clean room with comfy bed. Excellent location near to almost all attractions. Self check-in but without problems, every request was solved easily via phone communication. If you plan to use kitchen for cooking, then it's not allowed. There is only kettle for tea/coffee (no pot or pan), but it's still super convenient for breakfasts or simple late night meals ♥ Plenty cafes nearby.

Location, facilities and cleanliness etc very good.

The room was very clean but unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell coming (probably) out of the pipes at the bathroom, and I guess it was not the staff's issue, rather than the oldness' of the building. The smell was very strong and had to leave the window open at most of our stay there. I hope this problem is temporary because other than that the room is very good at an excellent location.

Our stay at Youroom Carrozze was fantastic. The room was clean and the communication with Federica was quick, easy and highly appreciated! Even special requests were not a problem. The location is perfect to explore Rome: the Metro is closeby and you can go everywhere by foot.

Our only negative comment: the minibar did not seem to be working.

We were 3 couples staying on 1001, 1002 and 1004. All the rooms were cozy and clean. The entrance of the hotel was 30 meters from the Spanish steps! Belen and Federica were so helpful and gentle, providing us with any assistance we seek, making us feel comfortable. Hospitality was great in every respect, via a 24 hours support on the Whatsapp. Sara, one of the cleaning staff, found one of our earrings dropped down on the floor (right after our departure) and immediately was reported to us!!!!!! A great applause for her!!!!!! Reception/common area were under renovation Clean and tidy rooms every day.

No negative comments for our stay!!!!

Although it is a guest house, I must admit it was better than most of the Rome's average hotels. We had a welcome prosecco drink and 2 bottles of water, which were provided everyday. The room was modern and spacious, the bedding was very comfortable, the bathroom had a bidet, all the toiletries and powerful hairdryer, nice black slippers (black is my favorite color :)) with the guesthouse logo made me very happy :) A nice common area with kitchen, coffee machine with available variety of teas and coffee, leaving alone the carton coffee glasses in black color with the logo :))) Cleaning lady served the room everyday, made beds and provided with new clean towels.

I think I would suggest the owner to put some air fresheners in the common area and the rooms.

The room size was excellent . We were in 3. Having the kitchen for all the apartaments was good.

The noisy outside. Being in Plaza Spagna is cool but noisy during all night. The smell in the bathroom. This is something that the property needs to fix.

The hot-tub was great to have a rest and to enjoy the evening or morning. Also, the guest house is literally right around the corner of the Spanish steps, which surprisingly didn't bring much noise. On top of that, there is a shared modern kitchen, in which you could cook or just make some tea and coffee.

We were both a bit ill, so that made things a bit hard, but that is not the guest house's fault!

Fantastic location. Easy and efficient access to the room. Kitchen area to have breakfast a huge plus. It felt like I stayed in a family/relative home, instead of a formal hotel. Cozy environment. For that property I was prepared to walk up the stair but the elevator was a nice surprise.

Wi-Fi signal was too weak, almost not usable. We used cellular data most of the time, which was stronger than the Wi-Fi. This issue for us was not a huge negative, but it could be for someone who didn't have unlimited cellular data.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable hotel right on Spanish steps, and the most beautiful stores. Check in was so easy with the great communication we had with the host. They have a breakfast room, elevator, big bedroom with a very comfortable bed, ac, fridge, hair dryer, nice bathroom. Cleaning lady came everyday and changed towels, made the bed and tide the room. Very easy check in and out, and location is prime. Thank you so much for a great time in Rome!!! we will be back!!

Nice room, in an apartment complex. As there are several rooms shared in this complex it can be noisy. But all in all a nicr climated room, right in front of the spanish steps
