Very good location. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Reception 24/7 available. They also booked the way back to the airport taxi. There was even water with cucumber upon entering. Hotel is 1 min far from spanish steps. Just opposite the hotel there is a restaurant and nearby there is supermarkets, pharmacies, loads of restaurants and ice cream shops. You can also book tours with the receptionist for rome famous attractions.

The air condition was very good as it could freeze the room with very hot temperatures outside. The bedsheets were very clean. We had a very warm welcome and the staff were beyond helpful. Across the hotel there were restaurants and it was located in Rome’s centre close to many attractions and metros. If we went to Rome again we would definitely visit it again we highly recommend it!!

Excellent location within short walking distance of Spaniah steps and most major attractions .Great choice of breakfast for a European hotel. Plenty of restaurants literally within a few steps of hotel. Great shopping all around from Top Designers to gift shops,pharmacies ,mini supermarkets , ice cream parlours etc. And lovely friendly staff.

Not the hotels fault , but we stayed in room 112 and sometimes early morning workers such as deliveries etc might wake you a little earlier than you would like as traffic can pass through the street inwhich hotel is located.. This can be said for many of the accommodations in Rome centre as traffic is never far away. Easy to reach from myero station.

Alessandro, who was kind and gracious to a tired traveller, Adriana with her delightful personality, serves excellent coffee and breakfast. Georgia and Tiberio at front desk were very helpful and friendly. Perfect location. Excellent stay. I'm coming back again in a few days to end my Italy vacation!

We stayed 3 nights in this wonderful boutique hotel. Everything was outstanding! Location couldn't be better. 3m walk from the Spanish Steps and Subway, close to the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. Streets around the hotel are vibrant, full of restaurants and stores. That being said, the best were the staff members, especially Amir and Alessandro. They were very helpful to us with subway navigation and even made a reservation with a local restaurant!! I wish we could stay longer. Communication through WhatsApp was great! They scheduled our airport transfer with short notice. Rooms were great! Grazie mille! We highly recommend this hotel! Karol & Mateo

The staff is available and pleasant. The location is excellent. And the room was very spacious. The shower was renovated like new and was very clean The breakfasts cost 12 euros per person and included a drink and a delicious and varied free buffet at an excellent value for the price. Only pastries and coffee could be taken at a different price.

We were on the third floor near the elevator and every use of it (there was very little) could be heard inside the room. The design of the room was very special and included fabric curtains as a partition between the spaces. The bathroom had a smell that did not ventilate without leaving a window open. The blanket was not in a closed cover.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service and support were outstanding – not only during my time at the hotel, but also afterwards, when I was already back home and needed their assistance. The team was helpful, responsive, and truly went the extra mile. The room for one person and bathroom were spotless and very well maintained. The location is also excellent – central and convenient. On my departure day, the hotel staff kindly arranged a taxi to the airport and took care of my luggage after check-out, which made everything stress-free as I had a late afternoon flight. I highly recommend this hotel for its quality, professionalism, and warm hospitality. I will definitely return!

Booking.com did not communicate the process for a free taxi ride from the airport in good time. En email was received after we boarded our flight. This delay led us to book a second taxi, through the hotel, as it happened also from the same taxi service provider. so that two taxis called for us at the airport. The booking.com taxi was late and we used and paid for the private booking. Very disappointing the this company did not realise they had a double booking. I am claiming a refund from booking.com as the hotel say the mix up was not theirs

Perfect location! Minutes from Piazza Espagna, Via Del Corso, short walking distance to Trevi and other attractions. Super helpful and friendly staff! On checkout there was a public transport strike, they went all out to get us a taxi which was hard to get. Lots to do around! I enjoyed coffee and meals at different restos all around every day. Good spot for shopping Supermarkets all around Metro next door (currently under maintenance) Easy to find I think all in all decent for the price you pay.

Nothing I disliked. Just a side note for others. Small single beds and tiny bathroom, I’m 6’1 and it was not the easiest to use. Also make sure you book a room with a view

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The room were extremely clean and done in time every day. The location couldn’t be better, near everything in just few steps. The size of the room were perfect, not little and with space for your clothes. And the temperature was perfect and not cold even if we visit in march. We really loved this hotel and we will definitely hope to only stay here next time we will visit Rome again .
